Alan helped us during our recent mortgage renewal at the end of our current fixed rate. He kept us up to date with the application process and helped us successfully overcome barriers with the mortgage lender. Due to Covid-19 and in anticipation of rate drop Alan foresaw what was likely to happen with the mortgage rates and so we held of and got a better rate! Very helpful and patient.

Getting my mortgage was really tricky due to how my business accounts worked. It really felt like a fight to get the mortgage at times, and I was really chuffed Alan was in my corner pushing to get it sorted, talking with underwriters to make sure it went through.
