I have been a customer for years. I know you can buy product for a a little less on occasion, but what you get from them is great gear with no issues. The main reason I go to them is the customer service. I had a particular issue around my pick guard and the service I received was as good as you could possible expect.
I ordered some Gotoh machine heads on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning they were delivered by the postman. Fantastic service!

I had been searching online for a couple of months in order to source new Machine Heads & a Tremolo Block unit for my Fender Highway 1, and was finding it tricky to ensure I got parts that were both top class & importantly, would fit my guitar; I called Armstrong Music & spoke with Dan for 45(!) minutes, who guided me through the technical specifics and the preferable parts to choose. He was incredibly patient, realising I am not too technically up to date, whilst advising as to the most suitable parts to purchase.
Delivery was smooth & quick & the new Machine Heads & Tremolo Block Unit are simply perfect.

I have been looking for a set of gold plated tuners to replace the chrome tuners on my vintage Martin guitar. I wanted to make sure that the tuners would be a perfect replacement so there was no evidence the tuners had been swapped. There were lots of other companies that sold the tuners but no one knew the product well enough to give the assurance I needed. At Armstrong Music I was lucky enough to speak to Ben. He knew the product well and then I became the most awkward customer! I needed the parcel delivered on an exact day! Ben never failed to reply to my emails and arranged for the package to arrive on the exact day I needed. Ben is a wonderful ambassador for Armstrong Music. He knows the product well. He knows the postage system and he’s one of the very best customer service representatives I have had the pleasure to deal with.
All I can do is to wish Ben all the very best in his career at Armstrong Music and that he progresses through the company to the very top.

I spoke to Dan who was so friendly & helpful as I was concerned they would arrive when I was going to be away(Friday 15th ) .Dan was most reassuring about the product and fitting it so. Yeah… would highly recommend.
