not the same as it used to be
My first order of fine powder was perfect, it was like powder so so fine. 2 years later a new order exactly the same product but you can feel the grain in it so for what I need it for, it is no good. I feel I wasted £70. Aromantic stated they can't guarantee there won't be any batch variation. Maybe there is a reason it varied but have not been able to find out why it is not such a good quality as before so very disappointed in the product this time.

Unfortunately, with natural ingredients there can sometimes be differences in consistency between batches, even when we don’t change the supplier or the grade that we buy. This natural batch variation is unavoidable, though the quality standards remain the same.
I understand how frustrating this must feel, especially when your first order was exactly what you needed. We’ll continue to work closely with our suppliers to minimise variation wherever possible, but it’s important to note that a degree of natural variation will always exist with these kinds of products.

I have known about Aromantic since 1999 and I have bought regulary ever since from this wonderful company. I trained with Kolbjorn Borseth in making skincare/ haircare etc and will always be grateful for the training that allowed me to start my own business that lasted 27 years! I still buy from Aromantic and find their service, quality of products, honesty and helpfulness, plus their knowledge a real blessing. Sometimes you make a mistake, think you have an item, find that you dont and ask if they can possibly send in a hurry to you and they always go above and beyond to help you. Rare nowadays but this company is one of the best. Highly recommend!
