After having fat-loss injections under my chin, the skin on my neck became noticeably loose and saggy. I tried several products and treatments, including collagen treatments, but unfortunately, nothing made much difference.

I then decided to try Prai's neck treatments, and I was pleasantly surprised. I noticed an improvement quite quickly, and my neck now looks firmer and smoother. I'm really pleased with the results so far.

I'll definitely continue using these products and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to improve the appearance of their neck. They have worked very well for me.

Nine days after placing my order, I still hadn't received it. To make matters worse, I was invited to leave a review for an order that hadn't even been dispatched.
The order follow-up email advised customers to contact them via Instagram if they had any questions, so I did. I asked where my order was, only to be told to email instead.
When customer service eventually replied, they simply said, "Sorry about the delay, it'll be sent tomorrow." That meant, at the earliest, I wouldn't receive my order until 12 days after placing it, despite the company advertising 48-hour delivery.
I also asked why there had been such a long delay, but that question was completely ignored. I followed up by email to ask again, and never received a response.
I understand that delays can happen. What matters is how a company deals with them. A sincere apology, an explanation, and some reassurance would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a complete lack of communication.
As a result, I had no confidence that I’d actually receive my order or this wouldn't happen again, so I requested a refund, which, ironically, can apparently take up to 10 days to process (so they'd have my money, £86, for over three weeks but never even actually sent the goods!)
Unfortunately, they've lost my custom. A little courtesy and honesty would have made all the difference.

Bought from M&S been using over a month now has made no change in my neck at all waste of money as this is quite expensive,found no difference to my normal moisturiser which was a lot cheaper by twenty pounds

Great products good delivery service the day and night throat and decolletage are softening my skin and fine lines after several months usevam now trying the upper arm products too which seem good after a few weeks use.

I have used face creams all my life and would also extend them down to my neck but I found that in my early 70s that I needed a more specialised neck cream. After some initial research I found the PRAI Ageless Throat & Decolletage Creme was highly recommended so ordered some plus the serum in March 2026. I was so pleased with the products that I have ordered them again and this time added the day and night 24K Gold Wrinkle Repair Cremes. The website is easy to use and the products are promptly dispatched and delivered by Royal Mail. The packaging is especially attractive and the jars look luxurious on the bathroom shelf especially the 24K gold ones! The cremes are all light in texture and instantly absorbed and I feel quite spoilt using them and will continue to do so from now on.

Have used Prai Neck and Declotage cream for last couple of years and LOVE the feel of my skin. Definitely works and leaves it firmer and more toned. Have just bought upper arm cream as have lost a bit of weight so giving it a try. So far feels lovely and silky and smooth

Fantastic products and excellent customer service.
I have used these products for at least the last 4 years and my chest neck eyes and face are still looking great compared to my sister who is three years younger than me.
Another thing the décolleté and neck serum is absorbed so quickly and easily you don t have to wait long to put the cream on . I use the products daily at night and in the morning. Such great value too

I ordered 2 items Ageless Throat & Decolletage and Ageless upper arm creme. Only the upper arm creme arrived, although payment was taken for both items.
I have contacted customer services twice to find out when the rest of the order will be delivered. They have not responded or even acknowledged my email 😡
