This company is an absolute rip off
This company is an absolute rip off. They have been ripping of their customers for years don’t know how they have stayed in business.
Here is an example … tried to purchase two ingredients both on sale the total for both items was £4.06. However by the time u get to checkout the final cost was £10.50. How does this company get away with such daylight robbery. Bought from them a while back and was angered by the same issue. It seems nothing has changed. My advice find another store that doesn’t try to rip you off

VAT: Our prices are displayed both exclusive and inclusive of VAT on each product page for transparency. However, the cart total is shown exclusive of VAT until you reach the checkout, where the VAT is added. This practice is common for companies serving many business customers.
Postage: We understand the importance of reliable delivery services. This is why we use Royal Mail for our smaller shipments. Although it can be more expensive, we find it ensures that 99%+ of our customers receive their parcels promptly and reliably. We actually undercharge for this service to keep costs manageable for our customers. We have consciously chosen not to use Evri due to the unreliable experiences, such as the one you described in your review about them on Trustpilot.
Shipping Protection Insurance: We offer optional shipping protection starting at £0.75. This ensures that if a parcel goes missing, we can send a replacement immediately without waiting for the courier’s investigation. This option is available to provide peace of mind for our customers.
Business Longevity: We believe our continued success is due to the value and service we provide, as evidenced by the many positive reviews from our satisfied customers. We strive to improve and adapt based on all feedback we receive.

A wide range of good quality products all with detailed information and direction on how to use them. I love the recipes available and have already tried a few. The best thing though by far is the excellent customer service they provide. I've called several times now when I needed some advice or a recommendation and have found them to be very helpful. It's nice dealing with people who are both knowledgeable and who care about their customers.

Aromantic has been a great inspiration for the creation of many products, they always know what is new and is the best place to purchase thing in smaller ammounts when formulating. My brand has grown but I still regulary go back to Aromantic for a few things and to see what they are up to. The speed of service is also excellent!

A very happy costumer
I have been making my own face and body creams for quite some time now, using your beautiful raw materials. They feel and work better than any expensive natural face cream or lotion that I have bought prior to making my own. Now I have also discovered your wonderful liquid base soap, which I turn into a delicious hand wash by adding aromatherapy oils.
However, there is one problem; it contains palm oil which does not appear to be sustainably sourced. I believe the same goes for the emulsifying wax BTMS, which is otherwise a fantastic products and so easy to use. ( I have not had the same success with another emulsifying wax) Would it possible for you to use environmentally sound palm oil in these products?
