Shocking service. Had a leak from toilet. It has been 2 weeks now and 5 no shows.i do not recommend this company. Have gone with another company 😡

Professional and efficient staff
Requested a boiler service and gas safety certificate.
They were able to fit me in at short notice.
Engineer arrived on time and carried out the work with no issues found.

Sorted fast with friendly staff
Called AR up and they came round next day and sorted our toilet out super fast and the guy was really pleasant and friendly too. Invoice arrived promptly the next day as well.

I had an outside tap fitted. The engineer was friendly and communication with the team via emails and telephone was reliable. I would use them again.

This is a sound service overall.
This is a sound service overall and they are quick to do jobs. However, we have had problems with workmanship, eg fitting a sink waste incorrectly, not following up messages, invoicing for more than the quote and not replying to emails.

Highly Recommended Company
Called last week as needed a gas boiler safety check certificate done, booked in for 5 days later, (2 days really as it was a bank holiday weekend) young lady on the phone was very helpful and courteous. Engineer arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. Certificate emailed the very next day. First class service. Would highly recommend and have booked next years' service.
