Arrange My Flights Avis 96

In December 2023 and August 2024, I paid $2,290 CAD for a round‑trip airline ticket from Canada to India through Arrange My Flights.
The person I dealt with was (whom I also know as Raman). Because of previous successful bookings with him in 2022 and 2023, I trusted him again without hesitation.

He assured me verbally (via WhatsApp) that I needed to travel before January 20, 2025. Based on my circumstances, I specifically asked him to keep the ticket open in case I could not travel by that date, and he agreed to this verbally. I trusted his word and made the payments as instructed.

However, here is what actually happened:

✅ The ticket he booked was for January 27 – February 7, 2025 — a date that was never communicated to me in advance.
✅ I was never given the PNR, ticket number, or official travel documents before the travel date.
✅ The ticket details were only provided to me on July 12, 2025, long after the travel dates had passed and the ticket had expired.

When I contacted him and requested a refund, he refused, placing the blame on me. He claimed the ticket was valid only until January 2025 and said I was responsible for not using it — despite his own written messages about travel deadlines and despite my proof of full payment.

For clarity, I sent my payments to arrangemyflights.com and to SNL Solutions Inc. , as instructed by him. I do not know the exact structure of who runs this business, but I dealt with him directly under both names.

The result:
I lost $2,290 CAD because I was never able to use the ticket or receive any reimbursement.
What makes this especially disappointing is that I trusted Arrange My Flights based on my prior experiences, but in this instance I feel misled and taken advantage of.

My advice to others:
🔹 Get everything in writing — including ticket numbers, PNR, and official itineraries — before you pay.
🔹 Do not rely on verbal assurances about open tickets or travel deadlines.
🔹 Double‑check directly with the airline after any booking.

Please learn from my experience: be extremely cautious when dealing with Arrange My Flights.
Think twice before handing over your hard‑earned money and ensure you have clear documentation before trusting anyone with your travel plans.

By far the worst experience with any travel agency (or even flights booked by myself - at least I had control over my own tickets and the choices I made) - detailed reasoning below:

I had booked 3 tickets through arrange my flights (Rahul/Raman) for myself and my parents from Toronto to Delhi (return flight) - Asiana Airlines + Air Canada = Star Alliance.

First of all, the ticket prices provided to me were slightly expensive in comparison to the ones available online, however, in the name of customer service, I agreed to pay the same since I didn't want any hiccups for my parents who were traveling a couple of days in advance.

Secondly, the travel agency made a huge blunder (but consistently tried to put it on the airlines) wherein, inspite of repeated reminders, they forgot to mention vegetarian meal option since we are strictly vegetarian due to which my parents who are senior citizens and have certain health conditions had to stay hungry (because the only option available is meat unless vegetarian meal is specified by the booking agency) on both the legs of the journey - a 15 hour flight from Toronto to Seoul and then a 9 hour flight from Seoul to Delhi (plus because the layover was in Seoul there weren't many vegetarian meal options at the airport). When I raised the issue, I was told that the airlines have told them that food is a complementary service and not guaranteed. That's a first I have heard in many years i have been flying with various airlines and if it is indeed true, that's sad and violates basic human need for proper food. PS: After repeated reminders, thankfully on our return journey, the meal options were updated to vegetarian.

Thirdly, although the tickets for my parents were booked together under the same reference number, yet they were consistently provided seats in different places which caused further hastle and anxiety for them. Over the years I have never seen people booked together being assigned separate seats on the same flight. On raising this issue, the travel agency ensured that they have made necessary seating changes/updates for our return journey, but guess what? The same issue persists on our return journey and not just my parents but the 3 of us traveling back to Toronto have to sit way apart on the same flight. So much for the extra airfare paid in the name of customer service.

I have already raised this issue with the relevant authorities and would update this review once any resolution is provided. Until then, I would highly advise anyone looking forward to a pleasant experience on their air travel to stay away from this travel agency (and book online instead or choose another travel agency that provides the required custom service)
