I love this company

I love this company, product is amazing and I keep coming back for more. Had an incident that my order got sent to the wrong person. But fantastic service from Artah and they went above and beyond. Would really recommend.

Avoid

Avoid - once you buy something you end up getting repeat orders sent as part of a subscription you didn’t sign up for. No answer to my numerous emails requesting cancellation & refund. Although I have now managed to cancel my subscription online I note it is still showing as next delivery due next month. Seems only solution is to dispute payment via bank and change card details so that no further unauthorised payments can be taken by this company. Very disappointed.

Impressive first step...

Really impressed that having asked a question about whether a supplement will react with a condition I have been offered a 15 minute consultation with a Pharmacist. How many companies do that! I'll update you after Friday.

Unresponsive Customer Service

I ordered a product and received a confirmation email. About two hours later, I received an email updating my order to two items, which I did not authorise.
I responded to the email to ask for someone to call me before they dispatched the items. I had not received any response.
I received another email confirming that the items are being dispatched. I responded to ask them to call me. I even wrote to the founder about this unauthorised transaction via LinkedIn, and had no response to date there. That says a lot about the this company.
Today, 29 September the items were delivered and I have not received a response.
All I asked is for someone to call to understand why and how my order was updated without my consent.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Constantly send the wrong items and charge you extra. You then have to reject the delivery in order to get your money back. Shocking. No concern for the fact customers are out of pocket. AVOID unless you have more money than sense and don’t value your own time.

I made a one time order or so I thought. The company scared me and set up a subscription WITHOUT TELLING ME and took money from my account. I messaged them and this was ignored and products sent out which I do not want. I have had to contact the fraud team at my bank. Other people have experienced the same thing - i won't deal with this company again

This is clearly displayed on our order placement page, directly beneath the “Buy” button, where it explains that orders are set up as a subscription and will renew automatically unless cancelled.
We have also conducted a soft search of our ticket system using the name from this review, and we have found no record of any correspondence from you or a similar name. We completely understand that mistakes can happen, for example, accidentally subscribing, and we are 100% willing to help resolve the issue here. A charge was taken from my account on a Sunday evening - despite the company saying they only work office hours. My subscription was not cancelled and I immediately emailed Artah to request them to refund and not send out the delivery. Four times I emailed with no response. The charge was taken on Sunday evening and the delivery sent first thing Monday morning - great if I had wanted it but not so great if you try to cancel
