Excellent company and product (Cellular Hydration)

I'm not sure why Artah only has 3.5 stars. I ordered cellular hydration after first trying another brand of electrolyte which was expensive and undrinkable, I didn't read the ingredients first and the main one was salt. Artahs has plenty of Magnesium potassium and calcium. It is also lemon flavoured but not synthetic, it tastes of real lemon juice in water, sharp and cirtrus-bitter, delicious and refreshing. Where the salty electrolyte made me bloat, this immediately alleviated swelling in my fingers. I ordered during a free gift promotion and didn't receive the free gift. I emailed the customer service email and got a reply within a day saying they would post me the gift. Delivery of the product itself was super fast and with tracking. I can't find any faults at all and will continue to buy cellular hydration, its the only electrolyte I've ever bought that doesn't taste at all salty/Bicarbonate of soda-y.

Feeling fantastic!…

I am currently doing the metabolic reset using enhanced symbiotic, there was a bit of a mix up shipping the product but once I contacted them it was fixed immediately. The program itself is fantastic the recipes are so good. I have yet to make one that isn’t amazing. Week 1 down 3lbs can’t wait to finish week 2!

I’ve finally found a brand I love

I’ve finally found a brand I love! I’ve been using Artah supplements for a year now, starting with Enhanced Fertility and now also using Enhanced Nootropics, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Omega 3 and Cellular Hydration. I am feeling really good with the mix I am taking and I really trust that they are high quality. The delivery is fast and I love that I can review a product to receive a discount from my next order which keeps me coming back.

I cancelled my subscription in August…

I cancelled my subscription in August but they charged me for another order this.
They said it was a mistake and that why would now cancel it sorry.. I had to fight to return the unwanted order for my refund!!
Outrageous would never buy for this company again.

This company is impossible to contact - emails keep bouncing back. I did a one off order in December . Apparently am now about receive another order which I do not want. Website not working either. From other reviews I see my experience is far from unique

Update - sure now accessible and no evidence of subscription

Service is poor

Service is very, very poor for a company marketing itself as premium.
My order in September arrived with an item missing. No note, no email, just missing.
I emailed and was told ‘oops it was out of stock and will ship 1st December’. I was not offered any compensation or meaningful apology.
It is now the 3rd December, the item has not shipped and I once again have had no communication from Artah.
You’re not the only premium health supplement brand and you’re certainly not the best. First and last order

Please do not subscribe to any products from Artah. It seems to be impossible to cancel a subscription. I’ve emailed and emailed and am getting absolutely nowhere. They refuse to contact me. Just don’t do it.

Impossible to cancel, set me up with double monthly subscription

Firstly I was accidentally set up with a double monthly subscription and when I tried to contact customer services they assured me they had rectified this but they hadn’t and I continued to get (and be charged) for two £30+ subscriptions a month. Upon receiving the dispatch email for another second delivery 3 days after I’d just received one, the 4th in two months, I was told to refuse this delivery and the product would be returned to them free of charge for a refund but there is no signature required so it was just posted through the door while I wasn’t home.
When I eventually managed to get in touch again I was assured the double subscription had definitely been changed to just one. However I now had SO much excess product I wanted to cancel until I had used it all up. Like others have said the cancellation and pause subscription page on their website is the only page that doesn’t work, I tried to cancel via email but they are either undeliverable or bounce back, any that do get delivered are not responded to in a timely manor and now I’ve been sent another delivery! It’s a shame as I like the product but when I finally manage to cancel I won’t be a returning customer.

Empty bottle sent and no communication since 3/9…now resolved

I ordered the Sleep Tonic on 30/8/24.
On 31/8/24 an empty bottle with no pipette arrived.
I e-mailed on 31/8 to let Artah know.
On 3rd September the Customer Service Manager messaged me: 'Unfortunately, some of the sleep tonics were shipped in empty bottles. Replacements were shipped out yesterday. We sincerely apologise for this issue; it’s a fulfilment problem that we're actively addressing. You’ll receive tracking information once your replacement ships. Thank you for your patience and understanding!'

Today is 10th September, I have not received any further communication. I have not received any tracking information and I have not received a replacement.

I have twice requested a full refund including shipping cost.

I have heard nothing since the above message on 3rd September.

** after posting this review I managed to find the founders contact details, e-mailed her directly and within a few hours the situation has been resolved. Thank you.
