Appalling service - RECTIFICATION

Appalling service! An email came on the 20th confirming that the item was delivered on the 19th, but my letterbox was empty. I went to their webpage and there is no pone number so I wrote to them and have had no reply so far.

I thought that it is just late due to Covid-19 but seeing other reviews it just make my blood boil.

UPDATE:

An email came today saying Wowcher has messed up saying my item has been delivered when it has only arrived into the UK. They really need to work this out...

Dear people at ArtherGold, I would like to let you know that my package has arrived today. I would also like to publicly apologise! I should have been more patient instead of writing a review whilst angry...Sorry! I will adjust the stars accordingly.

Keep well away from this company

Keep well away from this company. Like all other reviews have not received 2 separate orders for masks.
Emails state that the have been delivered. Tried to contact them on support@arthergold but takes me back to main home page. Will not use Wowcher again

Avoid this company.Exactly the same as previous reviews…

Exactly the same as previous reviews ordered masks, email to say been dispatched, then email to say they have been delivered a week ago. Same as everyone else they were not delivered and Now can’t contact support as that’s been disabled. It’s a scam and a rip off and Wowcher need to be held accountable as they are being contacted about this company constantly and Are still Selling their products.

I ordered a pack of 50 masks through…

I ordered a pack of 50 masks through Wowcher 3 weeks ago, I had an email to say they had been despatched and then an email to say they have been delivered......but they haven’t. I haven’t been out the house in 9 weeks so haven’t missed any deliveries. I have emailed but haven’t had any response? Very worried after reading all these similar stories

Arthergold Customer Service Excellent

UPDATE 02/06

Just like most of the reviews I wasn’t happy that I waited nearly a month for delivery of my original order but under the current circumstances that’s expected. I contacted arthergold customer services three times received a reply within 24 hours customer service is excellent.

Received the other masks today quick delivery.

UPDATE 23/05
Order came but it was incorrect. I ordered and paid for 4 masks and 44 filters only received 2 masks and 22 filters. I contacted the supplier they offered me a refund or send out the other two masks. I requested the other masks.

Contacted Arthergold the supplier on the 19/5 suppose to have received my masks on the 14/5 then they said 18/5, rec Placed order on 28th April scheduled delivery 14th May checked status of order when it did not arrive delivery date changed to 18th May. Contacted supplier when order did not arrive on the 19th May they replied on the 20th May stating order with YODEL on the 11th May will be delivered 2-4 working days now 11 days later still no sign of delivery.

I have contacted the police to investigate fraud as it is likely the "company" has raked in £200,000 by now. If you like to report this then please do NOT hesitate to contact Action Line on the number below. Push action line hard on them to ensure you are protected and that we bring these scammers to justice.

another unhappy customer

same issue as everyone else ordered 50 masks off wowcher for my wife who is a nurse supposed to be here on the or before the 8th of may and nothing. emailed and still no reply. will give a couple more days if nothing take up with paypal. will never use again

update had an email saying please allow 3-7 days so we will see.

I haven't received my order which was…

I haven't received my order which was supposed to arrived on the 8 of May.
I can believe that during this difficult times this company takes our money and doesn't delivery the goods - I am so disappointed! I will never order anything from Wowcher again - this is a con.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Ordered a pack of 4 reusable face masks through Wowcher but sold by “arther gold” On 14/04/2020 now over a month later I still haven’t received my order. Emailed them countless times and each reply from them is “can you wait 2-5 more business days” then another email telling me to wait another 5-7 business days. The items are shipped from somewhere in China so I really don’t have much hope of them ever actually arriving. It seems they are taking advantage of innocent people during a pandemic where everyone wants/needs masks. Reported to my bank as fraud and awaiting a refund from my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!l

Contacted my bank who have now raised a fraud/scam dispute case and issued a full refund into my account immediately!!

Order received

Same as all the other reviews, I ordered 50 face masks which should have been delivered by 7/5/20, not arrived and had no response to my emails sent to Arther Gold. Bad service, will not be ordering again through Living Social or Wowcher!

Update, found 2 replies in my junk mail, both indicating still in transit and to allow a few more days........watch this space, will update if they arrive.

Further update, my order has just arrived. I should’ve been a little more patient under the current circumstances, I will upgrade my experience.

I would have liked to have ZERO stars…

I would have liked to have ZERO stars as they didnt even deserve 1* BAD, I ordered these face masks back in April the same as everyone else, they should have been delivered the latest 7th May, as you will guess no show, after many emails to them they have not responded. I haven't used WOWCHER for 2 years as I had a problem with my last purchase and WOWCHER dismiss all responsibility, I would advise to stay well away from WOWCHER as they only seem to deal with cheap Chinese products and suppliers in China that ignore emails requesting goods you have paid for, im surprised Wowcher are still going, Its frustrating I have to work with no masks as I thought I was going to receive them before I returned to work, so Thanks Wowcher & Arther Gold for being FRAUD and taking advantage at this uncertain time for everyone. I assume when I receive an email pretending the goods got lost in the post like everyones messages below they will turn up and not be like the picture as China are sending a lot of masks to the UK that have not passed QC they are too small and poorly made. Waste of time & money but Wowcher must need the money more than us as they are happy for customers to be treated this way
UPDATE 18th May - I have sent another 2 emails since receiving the below and I am still yet to recive a reply dont trust this company as the reply below seems like they might care bit it's just to trick customers into thinking this is a legitimate company

I ordered 50 face masks through wowcher on the 5th April with a delivery date of 1st May but have not received them yet and, the same as everyone else,
I am unable to contact them. It appears as though we have all been scammed and I will be very wary of buying anything else through wowcher.

wish I had looked here before ordering…

wish I had looked here before ordering my face masks! Very disappointed in the fact we all have been scammed on wowcher! disgusted that they can take advantage of vulnerability like this. I am a cancer patient and NEED them for hospital trips for treatmen, angry doesnt even cover it.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A 10 FOOT BATHE POLE!

Better late than never

Arthergold are impossible to contact. Our goods appeared lost.Their support address didnot respond. There is no phone number. We thought we had lost our money . However the goods eventually arrived .
