Fantastic customer service

Ordered smart watch unfortunately when it arrived it was faulty. I emailed the seller who replied promptly and offered a full refund.

They also saved me the hassle of returning the item, as they advised no need to return it.

Good Value.

We bought these masks through Wowcher and were given a delivery date of before 29 June 2020. As there was no delivery we emailed Arthergold. We had an almost immediate response with the tracking history of our package attached. It showed it was scheduled for delivery on 30 June 2020 and it arrived by Royal Mail. The masks appear to be adequate for the purpose in mind and we are satisfied with them.

Great customer service

Bought a set of resistance bands through wowcher with them. The bands didn't seem of a very good quality, in fact one of them broke beyond repair after 2 months using them, a couple of times every week.

I had to get their email address from wowcher, as I couldn't find it anywhere. It would be great if they could add their details to the dispatch/order confirmation email.

I contacted them by email and I received an immediate reply from them apologising for what happened with the product and offering me a full refund for it. Their customer service is excellent.

Great, no problems at all

I ordered two chalkboard vinyls via Wowcher and then came across this site and the poor reviews, so naturally was a bit concerned. However they arrived before the estimated delivery date and the vinyls are perfectly fine for sticking on an old bit of plywood for a garden blackboard for the kids.

Excellent Customer Service.

I recently bought goods from Arthergold. Although the delivery was slightly delayed Artgergold were able to provide a update on their arrival which turned out to be an accurate estimate due to the pandemic affecting deliveries. Alas on receiving the goods a number of faults were discovered. I contacted Artergold who quickly responded and immediately issued a full refund for the goods. Although I didn’t get what I had purchased Arthergold quickly responded to my concerns and allayed any fears that I may have lost my money. Excellent customer service overall.

Terrible quality item & service

Terrible quality item terrible service. Masks arrived very late and only after complaining. Masks are useless because the ear loops come away from the mask easily because they're not stuck on properly.

Ordered 5 mask only 1 came

Ordered 5 mask only 1 came. Complaint and they said will resend as warehouse done mistake. Now 3weeks still the missing 4 mask not arrived yet or no update of new delivery date.

I ordered above on 11th May with expected DELIVERY date 29th May, but still no delivery. WOUCHER says to contact Arthur Gold direct but cannot find a telephone number for them. They have had my money for a month now so where are my goods.

No delivery of goods and no contact

I ordered a basketball play tent through Wowcher for my son’s birthday which is fast approaching. It was supposed to be delivered by 28/5/20 but still no sign of it and no contact.
**** EDIT**** as there is no option for me to respond the reply. The first thing I did was email that address with my Wowcher order number but I haven’t had a response? Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Originally ordered face masks through…

Originally ordered face masks through Wowcher on 5th May with expected delivery by 21st May. Nothing has arrived. Sent 3 emails to Arther Gold support email with no response. They took my money immediately but haven't provided any goods. I understand delivery delays with Covid-19 but if you don't have the stock then don't take our money!! At least be decent enough to reply to customers! Customer service is appalling. Won't be using again and do not recommend to others. Actually I won't be buying from Wowcher again either - they were no help.

Update: The masks finally arrived on 11th June so a 5 and a half week delivery time on what is meant to be 2 weeks. The masks themselves are ok. They are individually wrapped and come with inserts. But I could have got a similar product much sooner elsewhere. NB: emails from Arther Gold go straight to your spam folder. I still wouldn't use Wowcher or this company again to keep my sanity and peace of mind. Now 2 stars as I received the masks in the end but all way too much hassle.

Been waiting over a month for my order

Been waiting over a month for my order, was eager to give my 2 grandsons 2 basketball tents to play with and I haven’t received the goods but they took my money straight away. I have been trying to contact them but no proper email , it just won’t go to the support@arthergold what do I do. Very dissatisfied. I need help but no one is there.

excellent customer service

excellent customer service when had problem with delivery which was no fault of Arthergold they done their up most to sort things out and really quickly refunded money and I received product later would deal with again really efficient
