Could you please send me the address where I need to return the goods to

I recently received an arther gold video doorbell (Wowcher)and fitted it this morning. Ever since installation my iPhone continuously registers “there are activities”when there isn’t any but does not register on my iPhone when there is someone at the door. Doorbell ring does register on iPhone.
PIR detection on low.
Can you please help or is there a fault with the item.

I recently bought a 3-1 charging device…

I recently bought a 3-1 charging device for my Apple products through Wowcher. The item was a good price and was good quality when it arrived. Disappointingly it was only my Apple Watch that would actually charge My phone and Airpods didn’t. I contacted Arther Gold and they were brilliant. It wasn’t long before they replied back and offered a refund straight away and were very apologetic. Despite the item not working the great customer service went a long way and deserved the 5*. Thank you👍

Arther Gold video doorbell issue

Hi

I recently received an arther gold video doorbell (Wowcher)and fitted it this morning. Ever since installation my iPhone continuously registers “there are activities”when there isn’t any but does not register on my iPhone when there is someone at the door. Doorbell ring does register on iPhone.

Items not delivered

I had placed an order through wowcher which showed as delivered however it has not been delivered.

I would like a refund or a replacement sent however there is no contact number for them.

Firstly, we advise that you check with neighbours or any place that the delivery person may have left the parcel. It is also advisable to check with royal mail.

If you still cannot locate the item after this, we'd like to issue you either a full refund or send you a replacement product. A replacement can take 10-15 days to be with you.

Ordered two door bells

Ordered two door bells, arrived quicker than expected. One didn’t work sent email at 11 pm and received reply by the time I woke the next morning saying they were sending another and apologies for the inconvenience. It arrived within days and works great. Fantastic service thank you 😊

Faulty goods but first class service.

Recently purchased a video door bell, it arrived on time, charged it up for the required time and fixed it to door. Worked well over night but in morning bell would not ring to my phone, would not replay any recordings and discharged batteries in 12 hours supposed to last 3 months. I complained to living social who informed me to report issue to Arthergold which I did. Within 1 day got a reply apologising for the trouble and that they had informed living social to reimburse the full purchase price and that I didn't have to return the faulty goods. Within a few hours the money was in my living social account. Faulty goods but very good customer service.

Faulty projector…

Ordered a projector from living social/Arther Gold for my daughter's birthday surprise but it won't switch on, had 6 very disappointed little girls when it wouldn't work! As there doesn't seem to be a contact number I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund however no response. Shocking service from Arther Gold and Living Social, will not order again!

Kind and efficient service

My purchase was not as I thought it would be and not fit for my purchase. I Emailed support and got a reply straight away, I was given a refund and didn’t have to return my skipping rope. Well done arther gold.

Ordered a projector from Arther Gold through Wowcher, it arrived with no charger, contacted them via email as no alternative contacts available but no response, have now asked for a refund and still no response so now stuck waiting for an answer

ordered a doorbell from wowcher which came from arthergold, there seemed to be a fault with it! i emailed arthergold who replied very fast and quickly and were happy to help me and they have sent me out a replacement, very happy with the service.

Useless

We ordered a doorbell and recieved masks!!!

Emailed their support email and no response no contact number for some reason, will give them 24 hrs then raise a paypal grievance

In regards to your response the email you received will be from my partners email ! Matthew Griffith ! U have recieved it so respond and give us what we ordered or a refund

Although problems were experienced with my purchase (the sizing was problematic), the solution - a full refund - was offered without hesitation. Communications - keeping me aware of the process - was exemplary, polite and courteous (and I told them so and thanked them for it).
