Arther Gold sent our order of face…

Arther Gold sent our order of face masks on time then sent a further supply by mistake. I emailed them to advise their error and they thanked me for my honesty and told me to keep the masks. That's customer service!!!

When a set of 4 solar power LED lights actually means 1 light!

I bought a set of 4 solar power LED driveway light set from Arther Gold via Living social £14.99 apparently it was previously : £36 a saving of: 58%. I received one light!! I emailed them various times and they told me the price was for 1 light despite it saying “a set of lights” so are they saying that one light was previously £36-ridiculous??!! Eventually Living social confirmed that the listing was for a set of lights not just one light they said they’d send me a return label to return it-I just wanted what I paid for “a set of lights”! As this is clearly misleading I will be contacting trading standards for false advertising! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!😡

We have checked with our sales manager again, we can confirm that a set only includes one light, not four lights, the picture online shows four different colour lights so that you can choose the colour you like.

I ordered beautiful rose gold lights in a line. There was an issue with delivery. This was not the fault of Arthergold but they kept up communication and were willing to resend order. My order arrived and I am 100% satisfied with the product.
I would recommend this company they have a great customer service replying as soon as I had an issue and offered a solution.

I have not yet received order of masks…

I have not yet received order of masks from Arthergold. Every time I email them, they say they can’t find my order. I have sent the wowcher number and other requested numbers, however I get the same reply. Cannot trace the order.
Wowcher say I must contact the merchant.
Nobody is answering my questions. Money for order was taken from my bank on 19/07/2020. No one will answer me
Service extremely poor and I think is a scam

This is a response to Arther Gold from Bob Belcher. I had to use a different email as my attempt to come back at the blatant lies contained in your published response was blocked. I would have preferred to discuss this with you direct but as you make any such attempts impossible by totally ignoring all communications I have no recourse other than to discuss this in a public domain.You claim to have replied to me and advised me to check my email. I have checked my email and this is a total fabrication, you have not responded at all. Your ridiculous claim that “unfortunately Wowcher missed my order” is a derisory untruth - in that case how come two separate payments of £24.98 (I ordered for a friend as well) have been taken from my account? Oh right - that means Wowcher missed not one but two orders - stretching coincidence a little far as they have never missed a single one before over all the years I have been using them. Anyone reading this be warned - at best this is a totally dishonest outfit, at worst a blatant scam. If I receive a full refund or the 200 face masks ordered I would be more than happy to retract these assertions. I am not holding my breath.

Arther Gold not delivering again!

Ordered two packs of face masks and delivery date has passed. Sent two emails and have heard nothing back from them. Am beginning to think this is a scam as the person below has said. They have held on to my £40 for a few weeks as delivery date was lengthy wait anyway, so good for their own liquidity with no intention, it seems, of sending any face masks at all. WOWCHER need to check their merchandisers more thoroughly and once you have ordered there is no help from them to recover your money.

I purchased voucher for face masks…

I purchased voucher for face masks Placed the order and was given delivery by date
The date came and went no items delivered
Made enq to be sent the same bland reply twice
Can’t find the voucher will refund
They did not try to find out the issue
It sounds very much like a scam which is badly timed as people are needing to buy face masks

Haven’t been able to purchase AA batteries big enough to fit in the back of the door bell, feel like I’ve wasted good money on a box and a piece of plastic

I have received my Video doorbell that I purchased through wowcher but I can’t seem to find where to buy the batteries? I got AA batteries but these are too small and when I typed the code into google it brought up others so I purchased them but they have come through as AA as well. Can you please tell me where I can get some from please as I currently have this doorbell but can’t use it! Thanks Michelle
