Cancellation

This is not a review, I ordered in error two of the same items on 26th October from Wowcher. Order nos 36110746/3611082. and would like to cancel one of them. Phoned my bank and the amounts are stiill pending. Hopefully you help me as I spent yesterday afternoon trying to cancel, to no avail. Thanks.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. I have received my item through Yodel delivery and the box it came in was broken. My item is meant to be a Christmas gift. The fact the box is broken isn’t my fault, they blame the delivery and I only been offered a partial refund. However why should I have to deal with this? I have asked for the item to be replaced but told they couldn’t accept the return due to the breakage of the box. I have now asked to return the item and have a full refund (due to the fact I’ve been messed around) but still after numerous emails not been given details of how to do so. I have only been emailed by someone different who keeps asking me the same questions. It’s appalling.

Finally had delivery of item ordered…

Finally had delivery of item ordered back in mid September. Arrived today, thought great, finally. Opened parcel, guess what? it was the wrong item.
I ordered a truck with 6 large dinosaurs, when I opened the box, the truck had 6 little dinosaurs, and was a smaller truck.
What a con. I paid £ 15.99 plus postage of £3.99.
I item I was sent cost £9.99 bought through Groupon plus £1.99 postage.
have to go through problem of getting a refund for an item I didn't order.

Honest company…

I bought the alarm clock from the living social deal. The item arrived very quickly and well packaged. When I needed to contact the company they replied so quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them.

Helpful Customer Service

I was disappointed with the quality of the item, although it was quite inexpensive. I found the arthur gold site difficult to navigate when requesting a return, however, the customer service team were more than helpful and I believe a full refund is on its way.

Table cover

Ordered a table cover from Arthergold which arrived quickly.
Unfortunately the cover was the wrong size, which was down to a mistake on our part.
The team were really helpful and efficient with organising a refund for the cover for us.
Would definitely order from them again.

More than happy

I am more than happy with the aftersales service provided by this company. My order was not delivered on the date specified, but I had an immediate and satisfactory response after highlighting this to the sales team. The item did then arrive and was as described and I am pleased with it.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

After an initial. Hicup with the original order which was returned to them by Royal Mail they pulled out all the stops and a replacement was sent by courier and arrived within 3 days

wrong docking station

Bought the wrong docking station for my partner emails the company, getting a full refund and also allowed me to keep the product really good Communication got back to me straight away will be using this business again thank you for your quick response and resolving the issue

Such a money scam - Wireless Doorbell

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality is shocking and their 'customer service' is worst. Such a money scam. I bought your doorbell via living social. Doesn't come with batteries or a bell. Had to buy a torch to find the type of batteries. No buzzer, you have to buy that separately apparently. Only goes to your phone. Very complicated to set up device and doesn't work. Looks like its the app that doesn't work and the FAQs don't make any sense. Looks like they used Google translate. Won't be buying from you again. Now I have a doorbell that doesn't ring inside the house - you have to have your phone on you - and had to spend an extra €25 for batteries.... better off going with a €10 wireless bell on Amazon.

**Their customer service is shocking as well. I emailed the email address below and they just ignored my emails. I emailed 3 times. They only responded when I got Living Social involved. When they did respond, they insisted on a picture, fair enough, but then told me it was beyond the 1 month period.... even though I reached out 3 times previous within the first month. I also had to send the same pictures 3 times because they kept asking for it. They obviously were not reading the emails. Joke of a customer service. Still waiting for a reply.

Ordered via wowcher a "set" of LED…

Ordered via wowcher a "set" of LED driveway lights and got one. Contacted them and they said that is how many is included. I can return at my own cost for a refund, so the £14 set with £4 shipping will cost me another £4 based on their bad ad.
