Wireless Door Bell

I purchased a wireless door bell through Woucher in July. When it came it required special batteries which were not told and this took another 3 weeks to get. The bell worked ok for a month and then stopped working. Tried to reboot it but still did not work. contacted my son to look at it as I am not very good with electronics due to age. Due to Covid it took time for him to get to look at the Bell. He said it was faulty and to send it back. Emailed Arthergold who said it was out of guarentee as they only give 3 months warranty. It did not say this on the Woucher site and Arthergold did not send any paperwork with this on. I have tried emailing them but do not receive any replies. I recommend anyone not to deal with this company

A couple of parts missing but excellent after sales!

I ordered two toy dinosaurs for my grandchildren, they arrived with a couple of parts missing. I contacted the customer service whom responded very quickly and told me to keep the two dinosaurs which I put them together and made one functional toy!
They arranged me a full refund which I have received and I am going to order another dinosaur from them.
Their emails were very friendly and apologetic, very good after sales service, well done!

Ignorent and Deceptive

Firstly. It is a complete waste of time trying to email them.
I have emailed them twice in three days, and as of yet, have had no response?
Secondly. I purchased three Dinosaur toys, all shown as exactly the same, except for the colours being different.
When I received the three items. The last one I received was not only different looking to the one advertised. But was slot smaller than the other two?
These toys were bought for my Daughter's three Son's for Xmas. So how do I now decide who gets the small one? How do I explain this to one of my Grand-Son's?
Wowcher should stop using them. Once they have their money, they just ignore you, and pretty much send you what they want. Like it or lump it!

Avoid, avoid, avoid

Shame I can't give 0 stars if im honest!
I would avoid this company at all costs.
After seeing a wowcher advertised for a magnetic set, I decided my little boy would love this as a present. Delivery was very quick, I will give them that much, but that's being generous. The item arrived in what I can only describe as a large used tupperware box. It wasn't sealed so I decided to take a look inside. Absolutely flabaghasted. I took out each dog chewed bag that the box contained and was shocked to find that 'the set' wasn't what had been advertised. The letter and number shapes are the wrong colour and the print miss-aligned for starters, the so called 'wheel bases' are rusty and look like they've seen years of play already and when it comes to the frame for the 'ferris wheel' design, one side was completely broken and the other frames looks distressed like they have been used lots of times before. The magnetic shapes look like they have had years of play and the magnets are not actually that strong at all. There was dust at the bottom of the box and I then noticed that there were human hairs stuck to the side of the box, root and all, this completely tipped me over the edge. I messaged the relevant Arther Gold support email on 10th November (and included photographs) literally less than 30 minutes after I had had the product delivered and I have emailed each day since. Today is 15th November and I am still waiting for any kind of response. I've requested a refund and a returns slip so that I can send this absolutely shocking item back for their inspection. Never will I be purchasing an item from Wowcher again if this is the type of products they are allowing to be sold! Absolute joke and can't believe that a company would advertise one thing and provide such an item! Dissatisfied, disappointed and feel like a mug who is now £23.99 plus postage down!

Amazing customer service

Ok - so the item did arrive battered, and would have been unsuitable as a gift due to the damage.
However it has joined a charity donation for- and Arthur Gold have refunded me in full.
Amazing customer service, think next time I use them though it will NOT be through Wowcher.

Poor quality products almost like…

Poor quality products almost like seconds blamed delivery company ( Hey if it's not working get a new contractor), logistics is a part of you product deliver, not some lame excuses of partial refunds, difficult customer coated returns even though they brag about a 14 day no quibble guarantee,,😱

Bought a robot hoover from Arthur Gold

Bought a robot hoover , recieved it today and its really bad doesnt pick up any dirt , its made of cheap plastic feel like I have just wasted my hard earned money. Wouldnt recommend the product at all. Dont waste your money.... I sent an email and still no response from them about returning the product

I have ordered several items from them…

I have ordered several items from them and if there was a problem i contact the customer services gave them the voucher number and details and they replied the next day it would appear that the item i ordered this time is not what i am looking for and within a couple of days it has been resolved so i am very happy with the outcome

This is a terrible terrible company

This is a terrible terrible company. Do not buy anything from here!!! Their magnetic toy wasnt packaged in a labelled box it was in a tupperware as if a bigger box of the products had been dismantled into smaller products and packaged in someones back room.
The item received didnt match the correct description (only half of an advertised magnetic set was actually magnetic 26 pieces instead of 52) and the product could have been purchased for about 5 quid from ebay... it was considerably more.

I complained and the only way theyd give me a refund (which still hasnt been given) was if i left a good review. I did about their customer service as this was okay. Since then ive had no correspondence and no refund. A paypal claim has been raised. This is a sham company, purchase at your own risk
