I ordered 2 LED wireless charging night lights from ArtherGold via Wowcher several weeks ago, I so wish I’d read reviews as your company is diabolical - where is my order??? These are supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughters, I’m so furious. There is no telephone number or call centre just a stupid email support link and I’ve heard nothing back from my email. Wowcher haven’t been much better, they’re customer service options are only Monday to Friday, it’s ridiculous. I WANT PRODUCT ASAP OR MY MONEY BACK 😡 DO NOT IGNORE MY REQUEST ARTHERGOLD AND @wowcher_support

35 days waiting for my product to be…

35 days waiting for my product to be delivered, if it's not here by Christmas then, my grandson will be very disappointed, So Arthergold, get your finger out.

I received my much-awaited parcel today 19/12/2020 at 09:30 hrs only to find a badly damaged parcel, on opening the parcel the car inside was damaged,( wheel broken off, and can not be fixed ) This Christmas present is now useless for my grandson. I waited 35 days for this big disappointment
I am now asking Arther Gold to make this right, I would like a complete refund A.S.A.P

1 star only so that I could leave a review!

I would give this no stars if possible. Save yourself the stress and do not buy from them!
I did get the item I ordered BUT it was warped and scuffed and not worth £1. Customer service is non-existent. Pretty sure a trained monkey could reply with better responses than what they did. Awful!!!!! AVOID!

I wouldn't touch this company again,I haven't received the robot hoover I've paid for through Wowcher. Wowcher isn't interested. after paying for this item on the Wowcher secure site I've had my bank account hacked with over £80.00 been take, bank and fraud squad involved. I've been emailing both Arther Gold and Wowcher several times BANGING HEAD AGAINST A BRICK WALL SPRINGS TO MIND

Quick resolution

Bought the item through Wowcher, who were less than interested in my issue"we only supply the voucher" was the reply. Contacted the company direct, no issue with a refund, though I opted for s replacement item. No problem either, got to say the company was quick and appreciative of the issue.

Wishes I’d read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a dinosaur toy through Wowcher. Said delivery would be by 11th dec. still hasn’t arrived. Have emailed as well as it’s for a Xmas present. But they’ll probably say it was in the junk Mail like they have others on here. So thought if I write this review now it might get sorted before Xmas as they seem to reply to the bad reviews on here. Surely Wowcher should keep tabs on the businesses they sell for.
Funny how you can reply so quickly on a bad review but haven’t replied to my email. I have already sent an email to the address you have given. I know it’s been a difficult year with COVID. But on every other item I have brought from Wowcher there has been a progress button on the order. There isn’t one on this item at all. If my product arrives in the next few days I will definitely come on here and edit my review. At the moment I am not impressed.
I have emailed again today but seem to only get a reply when I write on here. It still has not arrived and 5-7 days have passed. Maybe a tracking number would help but nothing at all given through Wowcher unlike other products I have brought. I ordered quite a few things off Wowcher when I ordered this and they have all turned up.

Bought Item through Wowcher.26th Nov. Initial delivery date 10th Dec, extended to 15th or before. Its not here!!!!.

Stay well clear of both companies

Still waiting a reply to my last review. Ordered 2 dinosaur's for Xmas via Wowcher. Rang Yodel as it has been saying for 2 weeks that they have left the sender. Yodel say they have not got them yet. All i want to know is am i getting them. Simple question really but no response. Wont be using Wowcher or Arthergold.com again.

Rubbish Gadget

Received my Doorbell 32GB Memory Card today. Delivery didn't take long. I have not connected as yet so cannot comment on performance.
Changed my ratings 1*.

After one week setting it up, it stop recording. I emailed the company and reply back. Never again will I order anything through wowcher from this firm. My plan is to get the cohsha proper "Ring" soon and not a gimmick one.
Don't order, it's better you pay the extra and get the Ring thru the Ring company. Save in the long run.
Just searched ARTHER GOLD. The company is dissolved. Someone is conning people.

Ordered 2 dinosaurs for my family for xmas presents. Bought over 2 weeks ago through Wowcher. All it says when i try to track the items is they have been dispatched on the 5th dec but not at yodel yet. I could walk to yodel yard quicker. Is there a problem and i need to know incase they dont turn up and i have to find something else. Very disapointing

I had ordered a Training Strap for…

I had ordered a Training Strap for Football on the living social site which was sold by Arther Gold. Delivery time was expected by 24/11/20.I have still not received the item and I've tried to email support @arthergold.com only to be told this email address is not valid. I think I've been done out of my money. Won't be using this site or company again
