Their products are not as pictured and their customer service is worse than none existent!

They do not respond to emails, accuse you of not sending items within the return period and then when challenged, say you did not notify them that you were returning the product- even though I did!

DO NOT buy from this company, its a scam comoany!! I purchased a hoody and they sent the incorrect item. I tried to contact the company a dozen emails sent to ask them to correct their error and not a single reply.

Sell poor products

they sent me a camera doorbell which was awful and went off 10 minutes after somebody had visited. I complained and they sent me another one (eventually) this new one was worse, much worse. they ignored my emails for months then I tried again and they then said it was over the 3 months and they wouldnt refund me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY POOR CHEAP PRODUCTS

I ordered a watch and it didn’t come with a battery or charger etc, I emailed them and they emailed me back a couple of times they avoided my questions and when they finally said do u want a refund or a new one they ignored my emails afterward, bad service

Bad product but ok customer service

The product (magnetic childs toy) was of poor quality and the amount of pieces you actually got was not clearly described. Via Wowcher emails managed to speak to arthur gold and arrange refund. Had to pay postage, but refund was processed and received within a week. Disappointed in product, but ok with the level of customer service.

I bought led string lights through…

I bought led string lights through Wowcher. They have a USB connector on them. Totally unusable to me. I have been trying to return them and get a refund. You can’t ring them just email. My emails are not being replied to and Wowcher can’t sort it out for me either. I wish I had seen these reviews first. Very bad Customer Service

I ordered some LED net lights for the garden as advertised on their advert they looked perfect. However I have been send little micro lights on thin wire that work by USB!

Bought a coat that arrived promptly but the wrong size. I emailed customer service for a refund and for them to pay return cost and was advised they don’t do this. Ridiculous when it’s their fault! I returned it anyway with proof of purchase as asked for. 2 weeks on they are saying they haven’t received it yet so until they have they won’t refund me... again a ridiculous scam

I ordered a raincoat size M and and XL was dispatched therefore totally unsuitable. I asked for a refund to include the postage I had paid for the delivery but this was refused. I was asked to send a photo of the item which I did including the size tag and the response I had was that this was the correct size - since when has an XL been a M size. I will not be using this company again due to their poor customer service.

Please avoid!! Horrible company with cheap quality items! Inexistent after sale customer service!

Bought a toy a few months ago as Christmas present. Tested the item when it was delivered and it worked fine fine so I put it away for Christmas. Child started playing with toy on Christmas day and 7 days later it stopped working. I was told at time of purchase that the toy in particular had a 12 months warranty so I contacted them. They refused to do anything because according to them they had 3 months warranty only as company policy. I told them that although the toy was bought 4 months ago they still had to either replace it or refund it because according to Trading Standards guidelines the minimum expectation for quality assurance is 6 months and I was well within that time and to top it all before placing my order I was assured that that product had 12 months warranty and not 3. To every email I sent, they kept replying with the same pre- written message about their 3 months warranty policy and ignoring every questions and every request I made in my email. Horrible company with cheap quality items, wish I researched them before placing my order. Clearly nothing bought from them lasts more than 3 months based on other complaints I see. I will go to the Trading Standards for resolution, this kind of company should not be in business in 2021 with this kind of practice. Shame on you for treating people like this!

Contravene statutory rights with their warranty

Dreadful company.
Purchased an item via Wowcher from Arther Gold. Item has become faulty. Arther Gold say it’s outside their warranty (3 months!) but under the Consumer Rights Act, there is statutory cover for up to six months, which works for the item.
Arther Gold are refusing to honour this and so I am having to escalate it to Trading Standards for resolution.

Wowcher wipe their hands of it due to the fine print.

Don’t use unless you buy something that won’t go wrong.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Don’t bother!! Wish I’d seen these reviews but because I bought via Wowcher I didn’t! My video doorbell worked for just over 2 months and now doesn’t even give any visual link with ANY phone or device. I’ve tried everything before complaining, resetting multiple times, resetting phones, WiFi, I even bought a second set of rechargeable batteries . My final resort was waiting for someone who knew what they were doing to find time to tinker with the WiFi settings-again to no avail... it just constantly buffers and because it’s beyond 3 month warranty they won’t replace it! I don’t want a refund, just the item I paid for to do it’s job. As of now it doesn’t fulfil its one and only purpose... to show who is at the door...therefore it’s faulty!

Not impressed. Even less impressed with the customer service.

Especially when I’ve looked into my consumer rights and I’m entitled to a repair or replacement for goods which are faulty within 6 months.

I’m sick of companies like this ripping people off, I’ll be following this through

Avoid, do not order anything from them

I would have giving 0 stars if possible, ordered a set of ear buds that were due to arrive on the 2nd of December, still no sign of them arriving and being refused refund, they are in transit now 35 days!! Ordered from livingsocial.ie and it never said they were from China. I would avoid ordering from this company. I think I have been scammed,im sure I will get the automated response about covid and delays etc which everyone gets, and the one about if not arrived in 5-7 working days get back in touch and will be resolved, I have been in touch with them several times after I received that email and they still will not refund my money. avoid avoid!!

Bought Apple compatible wireless earbuds. Connected once to phone but won’t connect now no matter what I do. Most infuriating item over ever purchased. I have reset it, says it’s connected but won’t play anything.

Never received an item nor the refund

Placed an order back in Novemeber via Wowcher for Christmas present, as delivery was supposed to be 10 days max, now after Christmas, the item still isn't received. Tried contacting customer services in a meantime and can definitely say - useless. After few robotic emails, been sent back to Wowcher, which refuses to provide the refund, as well as Arthergold. Irresponsible company, also must mentioning fact: when asked about any sort of tracking information, been ignored!
