Die Trage ist zwar stylisch, aber leider sehr schlecht verarbeitet. An den Träger ist sie nach kurzer Zeit bereits ausgefranst und damit unbrauchbar und sogar gefährlich für unsere 6 Monate alte... Voir plus

I was nearly put off buying a carrier by the negative reviews on here, but my experience of Artipoppe customer services has been totally different to that outlined. Maybe they have now changed their ways of working with UK customers.
I ordered a carrier using a referall discount code, so got £44 off.
It arrived two days later, beautifully packaged. I’d emailed their customer services in advance to check it is possible to return from the UK without getting charged, given the reviews on here. Was quickly assured that there are free returns from UK via FedEx.
I bought two carriers and returned one - no issue in doing this - there were two FedEx locations very close to my house (albeit I live in London, so perhaps more challenging to find FedEx return locations from elsewhere in the country). Return was handled property over Christmas period and Iv just received my refund without any issues.
I really love the carrier (I got the black and white tweed cotton one). It was pretty expensive but really beautiful and I don’t see it as any different to spending more money on a high end changing bag which would be far less useful.
My baby has been in the carrier for hours a day since I received it and I like the light cotton texture and the ease of getting it on an off market. Functionally it really doesn’t seem different to other carriers on the market, but it’s beautiful, lovely material, makes me look less crap and is bringing me joy while wearing it :-)
Pro: tolles Material, der Gurt um den Bauch herum ist wirklich sehr fest und breit, sodass die „Last“ des Kindes nicht zu arg auf den Schultern und dem Nacken lastet.
Contra: leider super schlechte Haltung für das Baby/Kind. In der mitgelieferten Beschreibung wird korrekt dargestellt, wie ein Kind/Baby darin „sitzen“ sollte. Es ist faktisch aber schlichtweg unmöglich, sein Kind in der korrekten Haltung darin zu positionieren. Ergo, leider einfach nur unergonomisch und ungesund für das darin getragene Kind/Baby.
Darüber hinaus sind die Kosten einer Rücksendung von der Kundin/dem Kunden zu tragen (schlappe 14,49€ in die Niederlande). Dazu kommt, dass die Zustellung wohl äußerst schwierig ist. In meinem Fall hat DHL laut Sendungsverfolgung drei Mal ohne Erfolg versucht, das Paket beim Empfänger (Artipoppe) zuzustellen. Resultat ist, dass das Paket nun wieder zu mir zurückgeschickt wurde und ich mich mit dem Hersteller abstimmen muss, wie das Paket nun an ihn zurückgelangt. Dieser Prozess zieht sich nun schon vier Wochen und natürlich ist somit auch noch keine Rückzahlung des beträchtlichen Kaufbetrags erfolgt.
Für mich schlichtweg eine unerfreuliche Kundenerfahrung.
Super rude customer service. They delete every bad review on insta and they webshop. If you have a critical question, in stead of a answer will this delete too. Never buy here, safe youre money.

I have three Artipoppes, the first one I bought and the other two I got free from the referral program. My husband and I use them every day and we absolutely love them. Stylish, comfy, baby sleeps in them happily. I found their customer service great and have no complaints.
Stylisch, aber das war’s auch schon. Habe als dreifache Mutter schon etliche Tragen in Verwendung gehabt, leider noch nie so viel Geld für ein so schlechtes Produkt bezahlt. Bitte nicht von den Celebs-und Influencerbildern beeinflussen lassen. Diese Trage hat meinen Rücken ruiniert!!
Terrible customer service. Women was extremely rude and full of herself. It was really weird being spoken down on when you just spent thousands of dollars on some baby carriers. I cancelled my order.
I believe this company deserves a real thumbs up. I bought a baby carrier few months ago and I use it almost every day. I spend a lot of time alone with the baby and that allows me to get the house in order and sometimes put him to sleep when he is fussy. It's super comfortable, but I guess that is different for everyone, we all come in different shapes. Also the customer service has been wonderful and very efficient. I pre ordered the one in black and while I was waiting for it to be in stock, I really started to like the one in leopard print. Got the e-mail about my carrier being prepared to be shipped, sent them a message whether it would be possible to switch to the one in animal print and it all went smoothly. Got it very quickly, packed well, came in a beautiful box (if only I could afford another one, I would give it to my best friend, because that box is sooo amazing).
I like to invest in quality things and this carrier is exactly that. For someone who worked in fashion industry, the price totally make sense, I know how much that kind of piece of fabric and hardware costs, plus it is made in Lithuania, which is not so cheap. And I believe it is still a quite small company that strives for quality in all so their expenses are high, despite all the celebrity promo about the product.
What I wanted to say is that I love it and it's a piece to keep or pass on, because it will last.
I bought an artipoppe carrier second hand, so I have no experience with the company itself/their customer service etc. but what I can say is that their carriers are so over rated, and over priced. Everyone talks about them being so comfortable, soft, the best out there!
I have been wearing mine for 2 weeks, and everyday I am a little bit sorer. This morning I looked in the shower to find my hip bones are bruised. I wear it the right way, I’ve watched videos on how to correctly wear a baby carrier, my baby is close enough to kiss - I’m doing it all right. But I’m sore, tender and bruised. I honestly feel like people must be having the same experiences as me but they put up with it for ‘looks’
The item itself I would describe as 'ok' - it looks good but not particularly practical (i.e. can only use it for a maximum of 15 minutes for outward facing). It is very expensive but I wanted to try it so thought I would order. The biggest issue with this Company is that you can't easily return - the website suggests you used Fedex (no link as to how) and then I was quoted over £100 to return the product by Fedex - a third of the cost of the item! Absolutely outrageous. I am awaiting a response from Artipoppe customer service to assist with my return but based on other reviews, I can't see this being a straight forward process which is unacceptable in this day and age.
Customer service is very unreasonable. They will not do the right thing for a loyal customer (even though we have a large network of friends) to correct a mistake. Very strict with their policy to the point of being annoying. Because of this I will never shop with them again and will continue to tell everyone it’s not a company you want to do business with. Plenty of other brands out there that care about customer experience.
Edit: Because it was so difficult to return, I have decided to keep it and am really enjoying it. The strap seems to be more comfortable for me than my husband but generally we’re very happy. Artipoppe have very kind and professional customer service, particularly towards people like me who gave them a bit of a hard time.
** I wanted an Artipoppe sling because I believed it was the best and it might be. But straight after ordering, I realised that it’s an expense I can’t spare so I thought I’d get a different one second hand. It also took ages to get to me and I need one straight away. When I received it, I wasn’t best pleased with it anyway - it didn’t look like a £300 item. For something so expensive, I would expect a free return, as it is a consumer right to change my mind. But I used a link sent to me by Artipoppe for a “cheap” FedEx return of £18. I was sent 9 pages to print (not ideal for a mum with no printer who doesn’t go to work) and I have to go an hour away to a FedEx location. The saga continues…
I regret buying it and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of in the very difficult early stages of motherhood.
Artipoppe is the easiest carrier we've used to date and feels really comfortable when wearing. The only element I feel is missing is the ability to have your baby forward facing so they can see the world.
That being said, we're happy with the purchase.

Virkelig god service. 👍 Bestiller først en vikle på hjemmesiden (søndag) og betaler 154 kr i fragt, dagen efter bestiller jeg så en ringslynge. Kort efter får jeg mail om at mine vare er afsendt. Jeg får også en besked fra PayPal om at jeg har en tilbagebetaling på mine fragt udgifter, fordi prisen på varerne tilsammen udløser frifragt. Dagen efter modtager jeg mine varer. Virkelig lækker kvalitet. Handler gerne på siden igen, og kan kun anbefale andre at gøre det samme
