The facility was excellent, it was comfortable, warm, and plenty of room. The teachers were friendly, and very knowledgeable. The only downside is the products are expensive. It stopped me from buying more.

We had the most wonderful time creating our mosaic lamps. The price was reasonable and the craft was pretty easy to do once you got started. I thought an extra half hour would have been better so I did not feel so much pressure during the time. In fact I was there for an extra half hour trying to finish it while they were quietly packing up around me, with no complaints. The instructors were friendly and excellent. The company ware great to deal with in replying to my many emails prior to the event. I would recommend anyone to give it a try, and I will be back to do it again for sure!!

The whole experience was great. Gox was so helpful and patient with everyone. She explained everything really well and her sense of humour made everyone relax. I just wish the session was a little bit longer as it felt a bit rushed at the end. Otherwise I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested 😊

It was a great and fun experience and the lady teaching us was informative and funny

The hosts were absolutely amazing and so helpful and real characters.. I enjoyed my masterclass that much I would definitely do more in the future..

Loved the activity, simple and helpful instructions that I could extend my creativity.

Such a great activity, lots of fun and relaxing. Teacher provides good instructions and design help. Will go again!

Took the money you scams but didn’t change my appointment when i needed to change I couldn’t even come to the class but you guys still charged me for that. Very bad customer service

The end product! I love it so much I’m going to join the next Art Masterclass.

Found the tables bit crowded. Hosts were great. Fantastic idea. Looking forward to doing another one.

Friendly staff with a very well thought out and organised workshop.

Went to this class with my sister, we had the best time together! Was really good vibes, everyone was excited and the class was super easy to follow. We both love our lamps!

What an awesome day. Great fun, awesome teachers, beautiful products. Thanks for such a wonderful experience

A fun class with great instructors, and the class times that were available are suitable for all people.

Too many people in the class, therefore was difficult to get one one one help
Smaller classes would have been preferred
Tables could have been set out better so we could all see the teacher, alot of us had our backs to the teacher so had to constantly keep turning around

Very happy with the process of ordering and quality of the product.

I have called and left messages and have emailed and also have tried to contact you via your online chat but zero response at all.

The lamp making class was a really great experience, perfect as a birthday gift. There was a vast range of tiles and beads provided, in different sizes and colours, as well as dozens of inspiration throughout the store. The hardest part was deciding the colour scheme.

The only issue we had was the timing, feeling quite rushed during the second half. If this class were half an hour longer, it would have been a 5 out of 5.

Took my mom for a Turkish lamp class for mother day present. They didn’t have plaster to finish the last step to hold glasses or crystals . Took my details that time to provide me plaster when got in stock but never got call or text and it’s being more than two months now. Really disappointed with that .

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time made some gorgeous lamps tasted stuff we had never had before and had fun shopping afterwards, it was a fun casual day out for us and very enjoyable, I am coming back in July for more and so is my friend plus one more this time, that is how much we enjoyed it
