Beautifully crafted
Our art on stone project turned out amazing! We ordered a custom 6x6 vertical triptych mounted on barn board. The pictures were clear and the product was very sturdy and well made. The company is also local to us to it was perfect! Clear communication, timely service and delivery.

The product itself was lovely
The product itself was lovely. Confusing the order number and sending the wrong pictures was unfortunate. I had to text the recipient to inform them they would receiving someone else’s order and that made the gift giving rather lack luster as it ruined the surprise and effect.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we did our best to correct it right away by sending a new order, but we completely understand that it couldn’t restore that initial moment. While we take great care with every package, occasional slip-ups can happen during the busy holiday season, and we regret that this was one of them.

The experience has been great
The experience has been great. I found the pink was overpowering the rest of the stone. My stone was a painting of a dog. The tongue is very bright. I painted the pet portrait then the client wanted the coasters made. They are very picky & now is concerned about the brightness of the pink.

Janice, thank you for your review. After reading your feedback, we attempted to reach out by phone a few times, as we hadn’t received any prior communication regarding your concern about the colour of the dog’s tongue in your original painting.
As discussed, natural stone, screen calibration, and ink variations can all affect colour reproduction, and exact matches to original artwork cannot always be guaranteed. That said, we’re glad your review allowed us to connect with you, and we were happy to adjust the colour tones and send you a new set of coasters at no charge to help resolve the concern.
