I found the site easy to use. I thought pictures a bit faded over the originals but beautiful. Delivery was swift. Everything was carefully packed and arrived swiftly. My only issue was the set I ordered was a gift for my husband: the box it arrived in was fully labelled Art on Stone and my husband received it. I cannot remember if there was an option to have it labelled as a gift but that might have helped. Thankfully the name didn't mean anything to him. He didn't connect it the beautiful trivet we already owned or the art we saw in the store. Now we have our choices on display.

I was really torn about how to rate my experience. If I was solely rating the products I received it would have been a 5/5. Unfortunately my delivery/pick up experience largely changed that. The products I received were amazing, beautiful & loved by those I gifted them to. I also really love the inclusion of the bonus coaster (it's a wonderful token of appreciation from the company). I was also pleasantly surprised with the quick notifications about shipment & delivery. Unfortunately I was at work when the attempted delivery occured. I came home to a delivery notification but the only info on it was when the notification was left, no name of who the package was for. Had this been left at the wrong address it could have been picked up by whomever the notification was left with. Even navigating the Canpar site wasn't straightforward. Once I figured out where my delivery was being held the whole picking it up pricess was unpleasant. The locstion was 20 minutes away in a tiny convenience store with no parking. I had to park 2 blocks away & walk. Once at the store I was orginally told I wasn't in the right place & when I asked if they knew where the place was I was told to "Google it". I said I did & that the current store I was in was the pickup location. Only then was I told I was in the correct place. The clerk didn't know how to release my package & had to make a phone call to find out what to do. I showed my delivery notification but wasn't required to show any identification but fid have to sign for it. I then had to carry my 8lb+ package 2 blocks back to where I parked. Orginally I had planned to place another order as I absolutely love what I received but with this kind of delivery experience I am rethinking another order as I don't want to go through that pickup ordeal again. Had there been an option for my order to be delivered without a signature required I would not hesitate to place other orders as the final products are wonderful.

We understand the inconvenience caused by the pickup location and the lack of clarity during the process. It's disheartening to hear about the less-than-optimal customer service you received from the courier. The signature required helps to protect both us and the customer in case the package is stolen or damaged. If this is a deterrent for placing an order we often recommend to customers to have the package delivered to their workplace or an address where someone is home if that is a viable option.
In the meantime, if there's anything we can do to make up for the inconvenience or if you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we value your continued support.

I emailed the company immediately after ordering as I wanted to order a stand for the trivet and they were very helpful and was able to add to my order. This is the second order I have done with Art on Stone and I do recommend their services. Very nice people and the finished product was amazing.

Beautiful, professionally finished product.
I had never used the services of Art On Stone but saw their advertising online and thought it was beautiful.
I ordered 4 coasters a week before Christmas and did not expect them to be completed in time for giving as a Christmas gift. However, they were delivered 2 days before Christmas. I couldn’t believe it.
The coasters were beautiful. My granddaughter and her family were so happy and surprised to receive them. They loved them.
I will definitely use the services of Art On Stone in the future. I was more than pleased with their product and exceedingly fast delivery of their products.
