Nonsensical at first

Unfunny nightmare of alleged collections from 10 to 20 April
Two separate purchases from Vintage sofa Co.
First Collection by ASB ordered on 9.4.26 was still awaiting collection on 17th April tho they told me it had been collected on 14th However another item ordered 10 April was collected 13 April. I asked to wait til everything could be collevted together and delivered together to keep their costs down. No wonder transport costs are high...8 trips for collection and delivery. It could have been 2.
Tried phoning ASB four times . Each time a recorded message saying " this voicemail is full, you cannot leave a message". Eventually got through and told collection would be on 17 or 18th April. Then the phoned back to say everything had been collected and delivery would be 20th April.
Thet assured me both were being delivered 20 April. Both were on drivers manifest. Only one was. The sofa still had not been collected. !!!
Both collections were from same place.
Wont be buying again from Vintage sofa. This was their choice of delivery service.
Got more action after I reported the purchase of the sofa as a possible scam.
Owner and his manager fromASB got involved and finally went to collect on 21 and delivered on 23rd.
Actual delivery drivers were lovely but the whole notion of sustainability and managing costs especially with high fuel prices woefully lacking.ifbincreased costs of delivery are passed on to consumers later this year then unnecessary trips need to be avoided.

The two delivery guys (I didn’t catch their names) who delivered our new mattress yesterday morning did an amazing job! They had to carry a heavy mattress into the house down a 70ft garden, and also took our old one away as we had paid for recycling. Thank you for a swift and no hassle delivery, and a great service!!

The sofa they delivered was incredibly cumbersome and difficult to get through the door and hall. The drivers themselves spent so much time finding tne correct way to fit the item in such a small space without damaging it in the slightest; even taking the time to make sure the floor was clear, removing a misplaced nail in the process.

The workers themselves were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough to help me. A great delivery service.

My delivery from Asb was outstanding. Communication throughout the whole process was great. The team, Peter and Bence were incredible- polite, professional and efficient. They positioned my sofas and checked I was happy before they left. Happy!

Great communication about delivery of armchairs. The men who delivered were professional, on time and did a great job. They even plastic wrapped my old sofa outside when they saw me struggling to do it. Thank you Rui and colleague whose name is didn't get. Fantastic service.

ASB Delivery Services delivered a large corner sofa to me from Techsofa. The delivery driver Peter and his colleague were professional, polite, on time and tidy. I was informed beforehand of the day and time, and they even called about half an hour before they arrived.
They got the ten pieces through my narrow 27 inch wide front door no problem and assembled the sofa where I wanted it and tested it. They removed all the packaging; they even took of their shoes every time that they went in and out.
If anybody ever needs anything delivered, you couldn't do better than to have it done by Peter and his colleague from ASB Delivery Services.

I have to say Francisco and Mario who delivered my sofa today have been nothing but exceptional!
they went above and beyond to get this delivered into the house and set up. I cannot recommend and thank these guys enough for their hard work.

Miro and Peter were amazing. Carried an emperor bed and mattress up 2 flights of stairs and didn’t make a single mark anywhere. They were clean, tidy and efficient. Wish they delivered all my packages. Top marks 👍🏻

Even with it been 10 at night the lads was mega helpful and got it done in quick time and very professional top class lads cheers Miro and Peter
BUT AS FOR THE COMPANY AS A HOLE WHAT A SHAMBLES BROUGHT THE WRONG SOFA THEN WAITED 5 DAYS FOR THEM TO BRING A REPLACEMENT THEY SENT THE DRIVERS WITH THE WRONG SOFA AGAIN SO HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO FINALLY GET THE SOFA SORTED

This week, ASB delivered my new sofa. The informative, timely and helpful communication I received from them was impressive. They were reliable and I was confident that they would complete the delivery on a time of my choosing
On the actual day, the team was friendly and helpful
So inspiring to know that such good service still exists I heartedly recommend this company
