This was my first experience with Autrige and ASCADEX patent drawing services. My requirements were high, I needed professional quality drawings delivered timely and accurately for my upcoming USPTO utility patent application. When I first contacted this firm via email with a few questions on a Sunday, I didn't expect to receive a reply until during the upcoming week, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply by the owner, Autrige, that same day within an hour of sending my questions! All questions were completely answered and I then spoke with Autrige on the phone whereby I sent him my rough drawings so he could provide me with a price and turnaround time. Both the price and processing time were excellent so I submitted my order and received a submission-ready pdf file with all drawings accurately and professionally completed within the promised time period of a few days. Over the next week I needed a few tweaks and these were also completed quickly and accurately with a new submission-ready pdf file created. My advice to anyone looking for USPTO drawings is to contact this firm.
