Shipping took a week longer than promised and I had to make an emergency run to staples to print stickers in a pinch to make it to the event I printed these for.

I requested these to be thru-cut circles but instead they came with tacky peel tabs with a black border around the circle kiss-cut sticker, I had specifically built bleed into my file to be used with information about my file, but these guys seem to print their products using an automated workflow with likely no human intervention, or at least no professional Prepress intervention.

The material is good enough quality though. I work at a print shop, so I could easily have produced these myself for way cheaper and way higher quality, but I'm trying to network with other companies and didn't want to sabotage myself.

I have ordered several times now and have been extremely happy with every order! I have also had to order a few last minute using 2 day shipping and they have delivered on time every single time! Will continue being a frequent customer!

Seamless experience. Everything from the gang sheet creation to delivery was smooth. I received my order exactly when I expected and packaging was great. I even received a patch sample.

First time ordering and it is the worse experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been patient and thought I would have my order on time. The shipping sucks. My package has been stuck for days. They supposedly reshipped it and it’s been 24 hours and still no update. They claimed it has been shipped but I guess they mean the label has been created. So within a full day, the package hasn’t been picked up. Very frustrating. Just order months in advance because they will not deliver on time.

Ninja Transfers & Carlin went above and beyond to make sure I got my order correct after I did not correctly order the first two times. This is my first time ordering so I wasn't familiar with the process. I really appreciated the extra swag thrown in with each of my orders. I can't wait to order again. The expeditied delivery got here just in time, too. The quality of the prints were awesome.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I order 3 transfer for my daughter's college signing day. I ordered a proud mom, proud dad, and proud aunt designed transfer. The first order I received all the transfers said proud mom. I called and told them their mistake and was told they would correct and resend. I call back shortly later and felt the sizes I originally pick maybe too big and asked if they could adjust the replacement order. I was old that they could do that and send them out. When I received the replacement order, they had send me all proud mom transfer again. I called back and was told that they will overnight the correct one. I asked the lady 3 times, is she sure that the correct transfers will be sent. She said yes I have noted it that you need proud aunt and dad reprinted. They were overnighted and when I got them out of the mail, they were all proud mom for the 3rd time. At this point I was beyond mad. I called and spoke with a supervisor that assured that the correct ons would be sent this time. I'm waiting to see if they will come.

WARNING!! Do not order these transfers, I order several puff ink transfers and they are all defective, after following the exact instructions for applications they crack upon wearing even before washing. Their customer is not helpful and would not refund. I'm out the money on blanks, plus all the refunds I had to issue to upset customers. Writing this to save you the headache I had!

I had an issue with an order, and they responded to my email at 10 pm to help resolve it. They were extremely fast at fixing the issue and having a new batch reprinted and mailed to me. Their customer service is always 10/10.
