Ninja Transfers Avis 

I’ve ordered from Ninja Transfers several times, and they continue to blow me away with their quality, speed, and incredible customer service. From individual DTF transfers by size to my first order of gang sheets, the quality has been consistently excellent and the turnaround impressively fast.

My latest experience made me an even bigger fan. When my gang sheet arrived with a printed background instead of a transparent one, I reached out thinking there had been a printing error. It turned out the mistake was in the file I submitted. Even though it was my error, their team was incredibly kind and offered to reprint the order for free if I sent a corrected file.

Then they went a step further: when I submitted the replacement file, they spotted a few areas where the background was still showing and gave me another chance to fix it before printing. That level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. They took the time to help me get it right, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Outstanding products, fast service, and a team that goes above and beyond—Ninja Transfers has earned my loyalty. Thank you to everyone on the team. You’re amazing, and I’ll absolutely keep coming back!

This was my first order with Ninja Transfers, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The prints were crisp, vibrant, and exactly what I was hoping for. The quality feels excellent, and they pressed beautifully for our first batch of merchandise for The Ruckus Farm.
As a new small business, every dollar counts, so quality and value are extremely important to us. Ninja Transfers absolutely delivered on both. And I don’t want to get anybody in trouble 😂, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a couple extra transfers included with my order! That little bonus genuinely made my day.
The entire ordering process was simple, everything arrived looking great, and I feel like I got more than my money’s worth. You’ve definitely earned a returning customer — The Ruckus Farm will absolutely be ordering again!

⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience

We ordered DTF transfers from Ninja Transfers for our nonprofit’s upcoming Carrollton Pride 2026 festival. Unfortunately, an error was made on our end when the year on the sponsor transfer was mistakenly printed as 2025 instead of 2026. As soon as I discovered the mistake, I immediately contacted Ninja Transfers to see if there was anything we could do to correct it.

I spoke with Naya, who was extremely helpful at first. She told me that if I placed a new order, she could have it expedited, and that we would need to pay for overnight shipping. I immediately placed the replacement order, contacted her back approximately an hour later, and paid the separate invoice for the overnight shipping while I was on the phone with her.

I was then told that the order was complete and that we would receive the corrected transfers the following day, Friday, October 2, just one day before our event.

Friday evening came, and there was no delivery. When I contacted Ninja Transfers to find out what had happened, I was told that the order had been arbitrarily canceled because it was supposedly placed after their cutoff time.

This was extremely frustrating because I had specifically called, explained the situation, followed the instructions I was given, placed the replacement order, paid the additional overnight shipping charge, and was told directly that the order was complete and would arrive Friday.

I was then told that Naya should have contacted me to explain that the order could not actually be fulfilled because it was past the cutoff time, and that she had made a mistake by telling me otherwise. That communication never happened. Nobody contacted me to tell me the order had been canceled, and I was left believing that our replacement transfers were on the way.

The result is that we are now going into our Carrollton Pride festival on Saturday, October 3 without the corrected sponsor transfers. This means our award-winning T-shirt design will not have the sponsors displayed as intended, despite the fact that we took immediate action to correct the original mistake and paid additional money specifically for expedited shipping.

I completely understand that mistakes happen, including mistakes made by customers. What is unacceptable is being given incorrect information by a company representative, paying additional money based on that information, and then having the order canceled without notification.

For an organization preparing for a major event, communication and reliability are incredibly important. Unfortunately, this experience has cost us both money and the opportunity to have our sponsors properly represented on our event merchandise.

We will not be using Ninja Transfers again, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend them to others.

*Update - After my review, someone named Clarafil emailed me at 1:15 in the morning and is now saying the reason they canceled my order without telling me was that my artwork was insufficient. Said the resolution was too low. Keep in mind, this is the exact same artwork that you use for the original order where the date mistake was made. The only change I made was to the date, but they made no issue of the artwork at that time that they printed and delivered to me. I will never use them again.

My order arrived printed incorrectly, agent Tac assisted with getting me a replacement order. Customer service was top notch, mistakes happen and you guys have a system with solution in place for quick and easy help with issues that arise.

My order was messed up and I was super upset about it. I had to call twice to make sure it was going to get reprinted after they said they would and then cancled the reprint order. On the second call I spoke to Ryan and he made me feel alot better about the whole situation and is going to make sure my order is redone Monday and to get here by Tuesday. That was great customer service cause I was ready to look for a whole new supplier but Ryan gave me faith that Ninja is still the way to go and that they will fix whatever issue.

Staff member Tre went above and beyond to make sure my stickers were printed and I received them the next day.
💯 Recommend Ninja transfers

I wasn't even expecting a response about my problem because I knew it could have been my fault. However, a nice representative reached out to me and replaced my whole order. Jonel was quick to reply and offer me a more than satisfactory resolution to the problem and even expedited my shipping on the replacement! Wonderful customer service.

Everytime, not just sometimes, but every single time I need something done or need help, Ninja Transfers support is the best. Even if it is a mistake on my part, or especially if something gets missed on either side, they help correct it and never put the blame back. They ALWAYS take care of me. I would not go anywhere else for these types of things needed. Their quality is also unmatched.

Super experience with this company. No I'm not a big time customer the few times I have ordered from them have been 100% ...especially my most recent order which came damaged. It appeared to have been damaged while it was packaged as there was no visible damage to envelope. They replaced it no questions asked and even sent it airmail next day shipping. Now that is customer service. Their products are beautiful and their customer service is second to none . Highly recommended!

We have used Ninja DTF for years and have been very happy. This was the first time I used the Gold Foil DTF Gang Sheet. It was an absolutely miserable experience. The foil would not adhere. I watched the videos, use their silicone heat protector, adjusted the pressure, etc. Awful. Just awful. We ruined 3 clothing items because of the adhering issue. I do not recommend gold foil.

Jonel and the customer service team were very helpful and communicative on resolving (reprinting) one of our DTF gang sheet orders that had a printing error. A replacement gang sheet was printed and shipped at no charge with no issues. Great work all around - thanks!

Had an issue with delivery that was caused by the cattier and not Ninja Transfers. Jonel immediately responded with a solution that ended up not being needed but was still a great gesture! The customer service provided was amazing

No customer service, ive been ringing since 8 as it says phone lines open at 8, used the online chat, stating phone lines open at 9, still no answer, sent emails, even messaged VIA insta, nothing, i have DTF sheet missing but no customer service to contact. ive request my money back via my bank. Listen…..not only are these transfers and stickers amazing products (I use the Permastickers as decals on my truck), the customer service that comes along with the service is top notch!! I ran into issues when ordering a second set of stickers and the response was quick and pleasant. At first I was doing this as a hobby but I believe that this company more than has the potential to handle my ideas as a business. Special shout out to Rome for the service!! I will continue do business with them as more ideas and concepts pop into my mind.
