Asdatyres Avis

Competitive prices , easy to use website , helpful call centre staff if back up is needed . Great experience

My van was robbed. In my emotional state, I ordered the wrong size tires, but I reordered later to correct it. I contacted a mobile tire-fitting company that was working on behalf of Asda. I explained that my van was robbed and I made a mistake on the order. They confirmed that yes they can see two orders, the person on phone calm me down and told they would come today at the time booked (the wrong order), not tomorrow as stated on the new order, and told me to contact Asda to cancel my wrong order. I contacted Asda customer service, and they canceled my order easily with a full refund. The mobile fitter came quickly, changed my tire, and also fitted my spare tire at no extra charge. Asda Tires was the only place that had the correct size non-standard off-road tires I needed in stock. They got also other high end off-road brand tyres IN STOCK!!!!!!

Ordered on line , delivered to garage of my choosing . Great system , great prices .

Asda proved to be the most competitive for the single tyre I needed at short notice and the 1st time I used a online supplier with a third party fitter. Couldn’t fault the experience, including the third party fitter (Tyremann)

Easy to order and came on the day requested. Very friendly and professional.booking prices £24 well worth it saves travelling out to have fitted .also tyres at a good price .what more could you ask for .

We Had bought four Michelin tyres from ASDA Tyres a couple of months ago. At the time of purchase we bought ASDA’s Insurance cover as well. Thank Heavens we did. A week ago the pressure in one of the tyres began to drop. We had it checked and found a long screw deeply embedded in the inner tyre wall. We made a claim through ASDA tyres and within 24 hours we had a brand new Michelin tyre fitted. The service by ASDA Tyres was exemplary. Strongly recommend using ASDA Tyres AND taking the insurance option at the time of purchase.

Got me the tyre I needed at a cheaper price than competitors, and got me a sooner fitting date. Online purchase and booking/ payment very straightforward

Very competively priced. Excellent service from start to finish.
Once I'd stumbled across Asda Tyres website, the whole process from selecting the tyres of my choice, selecting my fitter location and appointment date and time, and finally payment, it really was so easy.
On fitting day, I arrived at my chosen fitter location 10 minutes before the appointment time, was informed that it would take approximately an hour and when I returned it was all ready.
Brilliant service.

Tyre price was good, so decided to take out optional tyre cover. I don't check my emails everyday or the spam folder etc. They emailed me that the tyre cover would expire unless registered with a third party in 14 days. I missed this deadline and explained this to ASDA but they did not want to know. In my opinion this is by design and even if I had picked up on it I would NOT have taken cover out if I knew it required registering with a third party. If you use ASDA tyres beware of this.

I’ve used this company previously and went back to them because of their outstanding customer service. They are always friendly and polite and take time to engage with the customer

Always had great prices and services from Asda Tyres and this time fitting 285 40 22 on new 10J x 22 wheels went flawlessly

Would buy again and highly recommend Asda Tyres

great choice and price. Quick delivery. Mobile tyre fitters Hugo were great, came and fitted 4 new tyres to my transit van through rain, cold and high winds. Highly recommended. have used Asda on 3 seperate occasions for full sets of tyres to my Range Rover, mercedes and Transit. never disappointed.

Great priced tyres and ease of choice of fitter was great. Fitter was polite and service was excellent. Turned up and seen straight away. Drove away within 20 mins. Perfect when had young family with me. Will use them again

I bought the tyre off Asda tyres as they were the cheapest and had it fitted at Protyre, Amblecote.
The process was simple and painless.
Whilst waiting for the tyre to be fitted I sat in the waiting area, read my book and enjoyed the free coffee.

Easy online selection and appointment process.
Missing the Michelin discount offer at the moment so hopefully email on that £40 cashback will arrive shortly

Process reasonably simple. Have bought tyres via Asda over many years. Fitting was fine - no problems

Turned up for tyre fitting...no tyre ...and fitters not aware of any change. Contacted Asda tyres...apparently i had been sent an email saying tyre not available until 4 days after arranged fitting. No phone call to me or fitter. Wasted my time and fitters time.Awful service!
