Exceptionally helpful
Bought a ring from this company a number of years ago as a memorial to my dog. The ring is beautiful. The packaging it arrived in made a big difference to the order and really made it feel like a special item.
The reason for the review now (yes I should have done one at the time I purchased!) is that I emailed them yesterday with a random question about my item and they replied within two hours with a through, helpful response offering much useful advice. They are very friendly and thoughtful and I really appreciated their support and kindness throughout the whole ordering and aftercare process.

Customer service was outstanding. I received phone calls to check on order information, to update me that they had received my mums hair safely and then to check all the details to ensure safe delivery. The memorial ring arrived beautifully presented together with left over hair that wasn’t used. It’s an amazing tribute to my mum whom I lost only last year. I’ve been so impressed with this company from the start of my order to the completed piece. I’ve had two conversations with them and the whole process felt very personal and that they wanted to do the very best for me. From start to finish the staff at Ashes with art are so caring and tender when you're discussing things with them, they listen to you and are there every step of the process, their communication is incredible, phone calls, emails etc.
My item was supposed to take 4-6 weeks to make but the turn around time was no longer than 2 weeks! I am thrilled, it's such a dainty piece and only I know just how much it means to me to have this. Thank you so much to all the team at Ashes with art.
