So pleased with my experience. I went to the store in Worthing and was torn between two ring designs, it was such a great collaborative experience I was able to curate a design that was perfect. Really friendly in person experience. The ring was created in the timeframe given, and delivery was reassuring and well organised, packaged lovely. Thrilled with the end product! It’s something I can wear as an all-the-time ring; unique and special. Price is fair for the craft, design, care needed for ashes/hair jewellery, and the gold prices. Would use again and recommend to anyone wanting commemorative / keepsake jewellery.

Brilliant company and very personal.
My dad suddenly passed away end of October 2025 so I really wanted something special to wear at all times so he’s with me. I placed my order and within the hour I had a call from ashes with art and the lady told me how it all worked, this to me felt very personal and what I had ordered mattered. I had emails regarding the process and a call when my ring was made. Arranged delivery with me which came the next day through DPD but it was a private car. Definitely recommend buying a special item from here, I am so pleased with what I have brought.

Most wonderful memorial ring!
It has taken me almost 2 years to part with some of our Baby Albie’s ashes but I wanted to have a gold ring with him in to be with me always.
The team all through the whole process have been respectful, kind, caring and compassionate. They also even worked super hard to make a very important deadline.

They were extremely friendly, and understanding. I visited their studio where they were happy to spend 2+ hours with me discussing memorial jewellery options, and trying on sizes of rings to ensure I found one that fitted and suited. They were also happy to use an existing ring as part of the metal in the new piece. Once it was ready the called me to confirm when I would like it delivered - it arrived the next day via dpd

I have received the ring I purchased…
I have received the ring I purchased with my mums hair in. For the cost of the ring I expected it to be bigger, I am left quite disappointed as the diamonds in the ring do not resemble a diamond. Something which was meant to be so precious has left me heart broken. I would not recommend this to anyone wanting to part with their loved one’s final remains
