I was a little apprehensive about buying my memorial ring with only pictures to go by. I had a video call with Georgina who tried on the rings herself so that I could see what they looked like. I also had several email and phone chats. Nothing was too much trouble.
I wanted a rub over setting for the stone rather than a claw setting. This was created for me.
I am very pleased with the final product, in fact the stone looks larger than expected but is beautiful. I can have a piece of my husband with me all the time now.

I purchased several items with my mums hair and other stuff, a ring. a charm and keyring all complete with mums memories n very personal. Excellent service right from the beginning. Answered enquiry straight away and also rang / messaged to check the order before proceeding. Lots of choices, designs to choose from and clear instructions when sending ashes. Day before received telephone call to arrange delivery. I was really pleased with my pendant and have passed details of the company to my sister so she can place an order too.

From start to finish the process was very efficient, from choosing your item to the delivery, the staff were very helpful and polite if you needed to discuss anything. The website was very clear and I found very good.
