Good installers, competitive price, need to work on after sales service.
Good engagement over first visit, proposal, contract, installation. Equipment is good quality.
After sales service could be improved, had to chase for documents and proper briefing on use of equipment. All sorted now.

Great communication.
Wouldn’t even think about switching to another firm they always provide great communication, accurate timescales, reliable & friendly service.
All at a price that’s lower than expected.
They even took the time to communicate with my insurance company on my behalf to ensure the system they were installing was above the specification required.

We received excellent unbiased advice on updating our security system and whilst not selecting a system sold by Ashford Security, we contracted with them to install the system that we chose.
We are delighted to report that the installation engineers were friendly, courteous and professional as were the admin support staff.
The installation was performed efficiently and the system is up and running to our total satisfaction.
