I am delighted with my new kitchen from AshleyAnn Glasgow. The designer Scott Wilkie gave me as much time as I needed to make decisions about every aspect of the kitchen and came up with a design that met all my requirements and looks beautiful. The tradesmen were excellent, they were polite, clean, consulted me about all the details and final snagging jobs were completed promptly. I will use AshleyAnn again for other renovations in my home and would recommend them to anyone.

Scott from Ashley Ann, Glasgow designed our kitchen and utility room. Scott was incredible and is clearly talented. He designed the spaces perfectly to fit our needs and our budget. All the staff in the Great Western Road branch were very welcoming and helpful. We went for the Caledonia Classic kitchen in both areas and it is top quality. The whole kitchen and utility is solid wood and we know it will stand the test of time. It also appealed to us that the units are manufactured in Wick reducing our carbon footprint and investing in home grown talent. The fitter, Iain Todd and team are very skilled and we have had no snagging issues at all. I’d highly recommend anyone thinking about an Ashley Ann kitchen to look further into it.

We came across the Ashley Ann show room in Stirling completely by chance one day, and we are so glad that we did. Tammy, one of the kitchen designers, showed us around and we were instantly blown away the quality and aesthetic of the kitchens on display, not to mention Tammy’s knowledge, helpfulness and lovely friendly manner. In the end, it was Tammy who guided us through the process of designing our dream kitchen and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. Once Tammy had looked at our current kitchen layout and listened to our ideas and wish list, she was able to work with the space and reconfigure it in a way that has truly transformed the most used area of our home and how it connects with our garden and open plan living room. We just love it. It is timeless, homely and suits the colour palette of our home to a T. We got exactly what we wanted and more. Even after the kitchen was installed, the aftercare from Ashley Ann has been faultless. Any minor issues or changes have been dealt with swiftly and Tammy has been amazing throughout the process answering questions, offering alternative ideas and advising on tricky decisions. We would recommend Ashley Ann kitchens to anyone but more specifically, Tammy, who is just amazing at her job and has made this whole process smooth, stress free and so enjoyable from start to finish. We also need to mention Steven and his team who completed the full kitchen install as well as structural work, installation of new doors and new flooring throughout our downstairs. The communication from Steven and attention to detail on every aspect of the job has been outstanding and every member of Steven’s team has been a pleasure to meet. We trusted them from the start and felt completely reassured that the job was in great hands. Thankyou!

BE AWARE - ABERDEEN

We had a disaster with Ashley Ann and our kitchen replacement. It took 6.5 months for everything Inc remedials to be completed. They pride themselves on customer service, having the best joiners and project managing. We experienced the opposite! Every problem that occurred was blamed on the customer (combined with very unprofessional emails) when in fact it was due to lack of project management. We had to always chase for updates. We had some emails blaming us and saying this is how it should look. Then, the following day (after multiple emails) confirming that what we found was going to get sorted. The joiner we initially got was not up to parr and totally inexperienced for the scale of the job. We were having to live in chaos. Nails all over the floor, empty packaging just left everywhere. It was awful. Progress was so slow, the joiner was lucky to be at the property before 11am. When we eventually decided to express our concerns to Ashley Ann, this is when the true nightmare started. Everything was initially OUR fault because we didn’t do this or that when actually they were the professionals and were looking for them to guide us. We had a plinth attached to bare bricks of the house! Due to all problems with the joiner, the amount of remedial works required were unbelievable. A few examples, we were told to get our flooring in before the kickboards were installed. We did this and when the kickboards were installed, they failed to remove temporary legs and we were left with a chunk of flooring missing. Again this was our fault apparently. We also had to have a whole section of worktop replaced (which we were not initially aware of) so we got our decoration done and plastering. Well - we were left with a totally incomplete area, holes and gaps. They initially tried to say we were liable for this repair!

After 6 months we decided to write a formal complaint, not that it made much of a difference. Again we were having to chase for updates. The whole project I was pregnant and the stress was awful. I ended up doing more management than them which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. In the end, they felt a £40 shelf for a stacked tumble dryer and washing machine was adequate in form of compensation.

This honestly was just a fraction of what we went through. If you have doubts about your joiner through them speak up straight away as they seem totally rely on them. I’d have been cheaper and better off finding my own joiner. I truly believe we would have had far less problems dealing with project ourselves, not worth the extra cost!

Kirsty and Pushpa were extremely kind , helpful and patient and listened carefully to my needs and requests. My kitchen was delivered on time and when the fitter noticed a small issue with one of the doors,it was replaced promptly and quickly. I would highly recommend the company and I must give a mention to Paul Harris the kitchen fitter, his team were excellent.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen, it looks stunning and the quality and the installation of it is excellent. We are really pleased with the design of it. It is some of the design features that make it so fabulous! The designer had excellent knowledge of all things kitchens which was really helpful.

We placed a challenge with Sam to help us create the perfect country cottage bathroom that fitted out style and particular needs, and boy did the rise to the challenge.

They ability to work closely with us and understand exactly the brief and to get to a final sensational design was great collaborative effort.

The design is only one bit of these projects and the installation is equally important, and in Ross you had a professional approach with a keen eye for detail and finish that was incredible to watch.

The Ashley Ann team are fantastic to work with and we look forward to the next project with Sam & Ross as we get our forever home the way we want it.

From the first visit by Bethany to measure out and design our new kitchen , we felt in safe hands. Design choices were made together and now that we sit in our beautiful kitchen we feel it is as much ours as Ashley Ann's. We love the layout, quality of products and enjoyed the process including the tradesmen who worked to an excellent standard, tidy and skillful. Of course any project is subject to the odd glitch and ours was no exception. These were rectified quickly and efficiently. Wouldnt hesitate in having everyone back - maybe a bottle of fizz round the new island to celebrate our kitchen. Thankyou Ashley Ann Aberdeen.

I had been looking for a new kitchen for 3 months by the time I arrived at Ashley Ann in Stirling. Elsewhere, my general showroom experience had been overwhelming, leaving me more confused than when I started. However, on entering Ashley Ann I was made to feel at ease, relaxed and excited about my new kitchen. The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially my kitchen designer Tammy. I felt that she understood me as a person, my style and the character I wanted to inject into my kitchen. She made a previously overwhelming situation a joy. With Tammy, I was able to design my kitchen with confidence. The visual on screen plan was incredibly helpful and brought my vision to life both in a practical and atheistic sense. Tammy was in touch throughout the process from design to installation. The quality, fit and look of the kitchen did not disappoint. I look forward to many happy years of use making memories with family and friends.

What can I say, we had a brilliant experience with Ashley Ann Stirling! We met the lovely and talented Tammy when we visited for a wander in the store to look at kitchens, from then we booked a home visit so Tammy could measure up and discuss a few initial likes and wishes. We then met with Tammy in the store and she had design already for us to go through in detail and show us the different worktops, cupboard options, hobs, taps etc etc where we could make any changes if we wanted. The detail she provided was amazing and we felt at ease and confident throughout the whole process. Tammy was always on hand for any queries. We had Steven and his fitters which was arranged through Tammy at Ashley Ann. Steven and team were absolutely brilliant throughout also. Kitchen is all finished and we absolutely love the design, quality and the attention to detail. Would highly recommend Ashley Ann Stirling especially Tammy and Steven and Team. From start to finish Gemma sorted everything. The Kitchen fitters from joiners plumber electrician and the gas safe guy did a brilliant job. They cleaned up every night before they left as well.

Helpful advice at the design stage, prompt instalation and a pleasant, helpful installer. Delighted with the end product.

We’ve just had our kitchen renewed by Ashley Ann and are very pleased with the result. We spoke with a few kitchen suppliers but went with Ashley Ann for a couple of reasons. The first is that we were able to retain our existing (Ashley Ann) kitchen units while renewing doors, worktop, sink, lighting etc. We felt that this would minimise disruption. That said we did consider a full kitchen replacement with other suppliers. And were it not for our Sales Designer, Sam (in the Glasgow showroom) we probably would have gone elsewhere. From the first meeting, Sam couldn’t have been more helpful. She was able to help bring our ideas to life, offer suggestions when we were struggling to decide and did all this with patience and without putting any pressure on us. Once we decided on doors, worktop and fittings, Sam coordinated the fitting with the joiner and worktop suppliers. All completed without a hitch. Delighted with the result.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Kirsty was particularly helpful with planning , as was the fitting team. The team were punctual , pleasant and left the house cleaner than it was before they came. I particularly liked the fact that Kirsty and the fitters made us feel that our custom mattered to them. I was having problem replacing an integrated fridge which was fitted by Ashley Ann over 20+ years ago (not bad for the lifetime use). On visiting the Perth they were able to arrange a new fridge and fitter to replace the old fridge within the week. I an am very pleased with service from staff and the fitter. I previously used Ashley Ann for a new kitchen so had no hesitation in choosing them to design and install a new bathroom in my house. They have now completed this to the same exceptional standard as my kitchen. All on schedule and expertly fitted.

Loved my kitchen of 44 years so I found it a very difficult task to replace it! Tried the usual big names with no joy. Then found an appealing design on the Ashley Ann website. After a couple of visits to their Glasgow showroom and a chat with Gavin we had found a contender in Ashley Ann. Gavin described what they did as a company, listened to our needs and after a few meetings (a couple of times extending beyond opening hours) a plan was made. Gavin came to the house to see the working space, gave us time to make up our mind, then returned with the fitter, Ian. We now have a new kitchen, beautifully fitted. Ian and his team were brilliant. They sought out problems and remedied them, with each trade working at a top level. We also have to mention Robert, who kept us smiling while the work was ongoing without losing focus on the task.
From Gavin's planning to Ian and his team's professionalism and friendly manner we could not have asked for better. Everyone contributed to make a dreaded experience wonderful. Thank you.

Our experience with Ashley Ann at Fenton Barns in East Lothian was exceptional. Our designer Heidi Denholm quickly understood our requirements and made some fabulous recommendations to make our kitchen beautiful and very efficient! During the installation she attended to every detail and kept us well informed. We live in the US, so her professionalism, enthusiasm and on site monitoring was very much appreciated.
