Scammers ordered 4 pairs of shorts, paid extra for speedy delivery. No tracking provided, items turned up 4 weeks later. They don't answer their emails, the phone number doesn't work and I've lost £75
Avoid this company
Poor experience with sizing all over the place which means you end up with the wrong size which according to them is your fault not theirs for misrepresentation. The contact numbers don't work properly so you cant speak to anyone just leave a message on a voicemail. I agree with others they are scammers and should be reported to Trading Standards who can take legal action. I suggest everyone who hasn't received a refund or has issues to claim a chargeback via their bank if you paid by debit card or ask them to consider your claim under Section 75 of the consumer credit act if you paid by credit card and over £100.This way the bank will reclaim the money back from the scam company. If you don't get any joy go to the Financial Ombudsman which is free to use.
I placed an order for 2 x pairs of mens shorts in size L. Ashton Colton sent me 2 x pairs of mens shorts size XXL. When I emailed them to say they sent me the incorrect sizes, they said I should try and make the XXL fit!!!!!! I have now been messaging and emailing and trying to call for over a month! Aby replied twice but has since ignored every single call or email I've sent in the last 10 days. They are thieves and should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!
Poor quality no refund after 4 months after listing £22 to post to China. No response from company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Order took three weeks to be delivered. Extremely poor quality, seam not stitched properly. Returned item costing nearly £20. After 3 months I have not received any refund.
No replies to my emails
Shocking customer service, I ordered Celine dress ,which like another reviewer,found the quality abysmal with overlock thread tails hanging from the hem , the neck binding fraying away and the colour bore no resemblance to that advertised. I returned it two months ago at huge cost and still no refund with repeated emails being ignored. Is there any way I can get my money back ?

I ordered a dress at the beginning of March. Order number #1826. Still not received but quick to take my money
Keep getting fob ed off about delivery but I have supplied the correct address. No communication whatsoever. Be careful if ordering I am now inclined to think it have been scammed. Will be going to my bank to report as scam. Surprise surprise 2 weeks later and still not heard anything. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Don't use this company
3 dresses ordered, 2 arrive, sizes all wrong, quality very poor, return policy requires products to be sent back to China, London branch take no responsibility, cost of return to China approx 25 pounds with no guarantee refund might be honoured - crap process or possibly a scam
Dresses arrived completely different colours to the ones I ordered tried to return them was told it’s my responsibility to pay for it which would of been fine were they based in London but the return address is in china this will cost me about £25 please be careful if ordering these dresses they are showing on Facebook page they are also thick and heavy they look so elegant on the photo
Really poor quality product for celine dress, colour navy blue , not as advertised mid sky blue . Long delivery time, product shipped from Asia, you pay return costs to China plus possible custom costs, in all £20 plus .
Sizing dubious , company claims to offer quality, don't believe them.
I would never buy anything from them again.
Stay away from this company not only is the quality very poor if you need to return an item you send it to china at a cost of £20 absolute scam
