Service is incredible
I found them online and they offer by far the most airports covered and full service description. So I booked the service for my boss for his travel. My boss is a fussy person and he loved it! My boss says he doesn't have to think about the hassle that goes in at the airports anymore. Payment was also easy, they use Stripe which was good. Thank you Fast Track, sit tight, more bookings to come!

Service in Bangkok airport first class
I use the service in Bangkok at Bangkok airport I was having a two day stopover in Bangkok and the airport was super busy I was met off the plane and transported all the way to immigration using a very fast buggy that zoomed me through the airport and then I was fast-tracked through immigration and that the other side there was met by this wonderful lady Greeted who even collected my luggage for me helped me get a SIM card and transported me and my luggage directly to my driver who was waiting for me and off I went. I will definitely use this service again it is 10 out of 10. Thankyouso much for this fab service that made me feel super important!

This person was not an Asia Fast Track customer. There are several companies with similar names. We have never served them, so the poor review is a mistake

They are scammers! We paid 1200$ for them 3 days in advance and they didn't provide any service!! Omg unbelievable approach! Zero professionalism, ignorance and irresponsibility!
Edit: It took them almost a year to come back with this response—only now they’ve finally followed up on my review. Maybe they were hoping we’d forget the details of this booking, but no. Let me remind you: my review was written at the time when the service was not provided, and no one informed us about it in advance as you claim.
How on earth do you charge $1,200 when you already knew you weren’t going to provide the service? Had we been informed, we would have found an alternative! If you claim to work with VIP clients, your service and approach should reflect that—a level of competence that is clearly lacking in your case.
The issue is not about whether we got a refund or not. The issue is that you continuously ignored our repeated concerns about whether the service would be provided as the arrival date was getting closer. You blatantly ignored all our calls and messages.
That is the real problem—not just that the service wasn’t provided, but that as a provider, you charge premium prices and then cancel on the day of arrival of VIP guests, without even making the slightest effort to fix the situation!
You are nothing more than incompetent company that can’t even handle the most basic issues. You take money for a premium service, fail to deliver, ignore your clients, and then expect to brush it off as if nothing happened. That’s not just bad service—that’s a complete lack of integrity.

This person : Ayzhana Serikbaeva and junior agent working for East Wing Tourism & Travel LLC did order a service but due to Airport Restrictions we were unable to provide it. Her company and the party were advised in advance of this problem and were REFUNDED IN FULL. The booker Ayzhana was very upset, for which problem we sincerely apologized several times. Her angry TrustPilot review was written in the heat of the moment, which is understandable but regrettable. We are not "scammers". Her company was promptly and fully refunded for the service that we could not in the end perform at ICN Korea: due to the service being suspended by the airport authority
Worst Service Provider
They are the worst service provider. The price is cheaper than others, but I would choose free service over them. Get better service for what you have to pay.
