Even tho aspiration closed my account
Even tho aspiration closed my account, i still absolutely love them. They are the best banking company I’ve ever had. It makes me so sad that i can’t bank with them anymore but i will never be mad at them. My house and everything i owned burned down in 2022 so after i got a new phone i forgot to order a new card and you have to use the card so many times a month so obviously i was just using online stuff that’s why my account closed. But aspiration is an amazing bank. Plus they plant trees with your spare change if you choose that option. They are making the world a better place. I love you aspiration!!!!!

My questions were handled in timely, professional and empathetic nature.
My questions were handled in a professional, friendly, empathetic way. My account had fraudulent charges on it. I froze my electronic card and the Aspiration service are sending me a new card and were able to answer my questions and calm my anxiety!

If I could give this bank no stars I would. I’ve been banking with them for last several years and tried to do a mobile deposit via the app. The check is legitimate funds from my employer. They make you endorse back of check with “Mobile deposit for Aspiration only” once this is placed on the check no other bank wouldn’t even consider allowing it to be deposited.After they rejected the check without verifying the funds or at least placing a longer hold, I spoke to 3 different customer service representatives that all told me something different that made no damn sense. Out of frustration I contacted my employer to reissue me another check and to cancel the current one.I also closed my account with Aspiration I received an email stating if u cancel your account you won’t be able to reopen one in the future.If I go as far as to terminate my banking relationship I don’t plan to EVER bank with you again
.I recently went through hurricane Helene & my family has been without power for over a week so this money is needed to assist with recouping our recent losses.PLEASE be mindful on not considering them as a trustworthy committed corporation for your future endeavors.

Digital Card Renewal was Easy

Environmentally friendly
I like knowing that trees are being planted for a better environment. Services have been great. Had an issue with my digital debit card which had expired almost 4 months ago. I called and the representative was super nice and quickly resolved the issue. I recommend Aspiration to all I know.

They have locked my account since June…
They have locked my account since June of 2021, at this point I’ll probably have to get legal help since I have about $6k in my account (which is mostly my tax refund) they tell me it’s there but won’t let me access it. They can do this to anyone. I haven’t had this experience with any of the big banks. This company runs some kind of scam.
