If I could rate it lower I would

If I could rate it lower I would, I've had aspiration since 2019 ,and thus I decided to use the cash a check part only yo be told they can't because of the hand writing of the endorsement. They told me they can no longer do so for me. If you have bad hand writing don't do it

I love banking with Aspiration!

Aspiration has been my bank for the past few years. Their goal is to better the planet, which is my goal too. I fully support their mission, their excellent customer service, and improvements along the way.

I opted to sign up for an Aspiration…

I opted to sign up for an Aspiration account mainly because I was attracted by their ATM fee refunding program. Overal I am pretty satisfied with their service and fees until they changed their terms of business. Whats more they can make their mobile app much more functional. It is useful but pretty simple.

Been going back-and-forth emailing with…

Been going back-and-forth emailing with customer service about a five dollar non-activity fee they’re going to charge me. Now they’re asking me to fill out forms and telling me that if I close my accounts, I won’t have access to anything and still won’t answer the question whether I can keep my investment account or not regardless of the status of my checking and savings accounts. This is the second time I’ve had to go back-and-forth with them about this. First customer service agent just told me how to close my account, but didn’t answer my question and the second one didn’t answer any of my questions just replied, they would get back to me then I received another email asking me to rate the customer service experience I had. Kind of ridiculous because I still don’t know what to do.
I really really appreciate the mission of this company but it seems like in the seven years I’ve been a member and I’ve had questions I’ve been given the runaround.

Aspiration has always made it easy and extremely convenient. They are not hard to get a hold of if you have an issue and they resolve any kind of issues on your account very very quickly.

Always a pleasure

I have never had an unpleasant or unsatisfactory experience with any of their customer service representatives in the five years that I have been a customer of Aspiration Bank. With every call I make, I am greeted with courtesy and professionalism. As someone in hospitality management, I speak from several years' experience in client/customer relations; however, more importantly, I am a consumer. And, as a consumer, it is refreshing to know my concern(s) are heard and understood.

The following is a quote I learned during the early years of my career and is one that keeps me focused and present whenever I interact with customers:

"The clients {or customers} we serve are the purpose of our work and not the interruption of it."

Kudos to Aspiration for providing top-notch customer service.

I woke up to a text message and email…

I woke up to a text message and email from Aspiration customer service telling me my digital Mastercard would be expiring soon. I asked customer service what I needed to do and they responded so quickly giving me all the details including that the new card had been issued. What a relief!
