Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Extremely disappointing experience with this company. My contractor requested a straightforward job: installation of an extractor fan, 2 socket points (one next to an existing) and 3 socket faces.
We were initially quoted £600 + VAT for 'additional work' which we considered was grossly exaggerated and refused to pay. We asked the electrician to leave. Head office, person named Ryan who refused to give his full name, then reduced the price to £400 + VAT but was evasive when I tried to confirm whether this price was for the full work. He consistently suggested “extras” without clearly stating what they were.
He requested the money up front which we were reluctant to pay without having the work done. Ryan continued to pressurise us to making an up front payment and confirmed they would rectify any work we were unhappy with.
Eventually, the electrician confirmed that hidden material costs (£30) would be waived so we agreed and paid £400 + VAT. Later, we discovered my building contractor had already paid an undisclosed deposit which explains why Ryan was pressurised us into making a payment up front, meaning the total cost was significantly higher than what I was led to believe.
Communication was unclear throughout, pricing lacked transparency and when challenged, Ryan accused my contractor and I of aligning our stories, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He also refused to disclose the details of their regulatory body seemingly unaware of who they were regulated by.
To add further context, they have also not installed the extractor fan. He also accused me of not wanting to pay for the work as he called me back not realising I had called the office. Deeply disrespectful and untrustworthy company.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

No communication after sale.
Contacted these in regards to getting a EV charger installed. Being through my company i have a grant code from the Gov to help with the costs, was told yes we take these codes and can do this at a reduced rate, got the charger installed and new been fighting for weeks to see who we go about getting this grant sorted with no help and just being ignored now! Defiantly dont use these if you want any sort of communication after the install.

If you want great tradesmen to do high standard work, then i would look no further, William and Ethan worked on a house i was refurbing, they done a full check right through, made a list of remedial work to be done, came back to sort the work out in no time, it is very rare these days that a company and a team, do the work professionally and are on time, when they say they will be. Ryan who books the job is so helpful too, i cant recommend these boys enough!

OHME Charger Connecting
Leon provided excellent service from arrival to time of departure, being very polite and courteous.
Nothing was too much trouble especially with the explanation of how to use the OHME charger, very patient.
The installation is very neat with an emphasis on fitting into the near surroundings.

I had the pleasure of Jason and Fred come out to fit my EV ohme charger today in Weston super mare . They were polite and very helpful with my questions and the service provided was clean, tidy, fast and efficient. I would 100% recommend this company for any job .

Leon from Assured Electrical Solutions was excellent
Leon was excellent. On his first visit he reviewed the safety of our electrics and described what work we needed undertaking and why, which made the decision to proceed easier. A future date for the required work was arranged easily.
Whilst undertaking the work, Leon was punctual, efficient and again showed the difference between our old consumer unit and the updated one as the work progressed. His work was extremely tidy, with his communication and explanations, whilst technical, easy to follow.
Company and Leon the electrician come highly recommended.
