Holly & the team at Assured fertility were so kind and compassionate whenever I spoke to them. I didn’t fully understand the process or payment side of IVF multi cycle however the ladies at Assured Fertility explained it all in detail and were always happy to answer any questions before I made the decision to go with them and afterwards. I would highly recommend Assured Fertility, they were also very efficient at communicating and chasing the clinic and organising our partial refund for treatment that wasn’t required but had been pre paid.

Assured Fertility help take away some of the financial burdens that come with IVF by making you feel you have one payment that can cover you if things don’t work out and you have a chance at a second go.

I highly recommend their service, Holly was personable, really responsive to my emails and helped answers any queries.

Absolutely fantastic service from Abbey. I called late Tuesday to arrange a multi-cycle package after my consultant recommended them due to their good communication. This is already a positive in my eyes as it shows there is a good working relationship there. By Wednesday I had a couple of questions answered and she had spoken to my consultant regarding my plan. By Thursday I had paid for the plan and it had been communicated with my Fertility Clinic ready for me to start the process on my next cycle.

As an added bonus, Abbey was always so cheerful on the phone and couldn't offer help any more than she did.

I was skeptical of these due to a lack of reviews, but after my consultant recommended them over another he works with and speaking on the phone it put my mind at rest. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if I do, I have no hesitation.

Abbey has been really kind, really helpful in answering all our questions, and she's moved so quickly for us when I was worrying about getting everything sorted in time - really appreciate the delicate way she has communicate over what's a difficult thing to be going through.

The whole experience was just exceptional even though I didnt progress with the treatment for personal reasons. I dealt with Holly mostly and she was always very responsive and helpful with any and every query that I had. Very professional, personable and warm throughout.

I cannot comment on treatment only because I have not taken this step. However, I called to enquire and Naomi was fantastic. The honesty, care and humanity shown really made you feel valued and understood. I felt like a person not a number or potential profit. Everything was taken into account and explained and that call was like a gift that made me feel less alone at such a challenging and stressful time as creating a family can be, even if rewarding and magical if and when it does. Hi there. I’d like to reach out to everybody to let you know how fantastic Assured Fertility have been with our IVF. We had years of a rollercoaster of a ride until we came across Assured Fertlity. At this point me and my wife had almost given up hope. We were disappointed with the previous companies that we’d used. I spoke to Assured Fertility and straight away realised that they were genuine, positive and established in what they do ie help couples In their quest to have a baby.
All along the journey with them we have found them very supportive and there for us whenever we’ve needed them for anything. Holly and Naomi are a delight to talk to - knowledgable, kind and empathetic as the journey is emotional. I’m so pleased to be signing up to a plan with them that should take away some of the financial burden of expensive IVF treatment.

We would like to say a big thank you to Assured Fertility, Naomi to be particular. While looking at options for our fertility treatment, we called a few providers and speaking with Naomi, we immediately made up our minds to go with Assured Fertility.
She was very welcoming, listened to us, explained the proces and made us feel relaxed and reassured. She was respectful and we just felt we talked with someone who understood our difficulties and wanted to be part of the journey with us.
Immediately we got off the call, we both unanimously said yes to Assured Fertility because of that conversation.
