Doesn’t produce the energy it’s supposed to and my electricity panel trips when I have to things running in the kitchen at the same time

Totally professional process from quote to installation. Astrawatt provided all of the specs, projections and engineering analysis for the system as well as worked with the electric utility for approval. The installation was neat and the crews kept the job site clean. The outcome was exactly as projected.

I have a very complex install with new products that had just been released by enphase. My setup included solar, batteries and a home generator. There were some delays with the install but in the end I am happy with the outcome. Astrawatt is a good installer that I would use on future projects.

Initially had some problems getting a hold of someone to help me select a battery for my system. They eventually got a hold of me and were fantastic in designing and understanding what I needed. As well as providing options.

I loved all the crew and staff, am delighted with yearly electric bills under $400. BUT I feel deeply underserved that during the sign up no one suggested I consider replacing my roof before install, because two years later it cost me about $5,500 to have the panels removed and reinstalled and to purchase a new frame. Knowing what that extra cost would be clearly is something I should have been alerted to.

Proposal and I stall was fine, better than expected. Did not like the solar loan company (Mosaic) that you use... found out later that by using them, I would not be able to set up a Home Equity loan for other projects I wanted to do on the house. This was the result of a new policy by Mosaic in Dec '23.

Your company made promises about the output of the solar and even put it in the contract and could never deliver the promise despite repeated complaints.

Had system 2 years It was an incredible install. We have great production snd the electric savings have made retirement easier to manage. It is a true dream in power outages. The continued support after installation has been a Godsend. Best retirement prep I did

From the initial sales call to the final going live, the process was easy. Tyler answered every question with full and open honesty and if he was not sure, he followed up after he reached out to people with more knowledge. The panels are great and have proven to be an excellent investment in reducing electric utility costs. The loan for the panels was seamless and straight forward with an excellent interest rate. After installation and going live, Astrawatt monitors the system and reaches out if they suspect there is a problem. Installation team are employees and all enjoy the work and are professional and great technician's.

Excellent experience with Alex and his team. Efficient, friendly, informative, and answered every question with a smile. They did an excellent job of installing my battery pack, new solark15kw emp inverter. The job was clean, neat arrangement of all components. Would recoment these guys all day long. Will also have them back out for an expansion of my solar grid. They were able to hook up my standby genny to kick on when the batteries get to 50% to keep them charged when the sun's not out.

Astrawatt installed my system in October 2023. They were always on schedule during the approval and installation of the system. There were no surprises. I’m now 6 months in and the system has hd no issues and is performing as promised. Great group to work with.

Explained the process. Coordinated scheduling with us. Showed up at the scheduled time and completed the work on time. Pleasant and professional team. This is the level of service you wish you could find for everything.

Early discussions, planning, and design went really well. As the unique aspects of my project started showing that strayed from the expected normal, things started going more poorly - response times slowed, action items got dropped, deadlines started being missed. When the project got to installation, Astrawatt did a poor job managing the installation and keeping to the promised schedule. After installation, support has been mostly terrible. Although, there have been brief moments of good support; for the most part it has been difficult to get response and support from Astrawatt.

Great experience from the beginning. We were originally going to go with another company, but Astrawatt was able to provide us with a better system for less. Tyler is informed and made sure we got a system right-sized for our home. Even after installation we’ve been able to contact Astrawatt with any concerns and they took care of it. I highly recommend.

I did plenty of research before deciding to go solar and Astrawatt exceeded all others. Tyler with Astrawatt was the only solar representative that suggested I get several quotes and do my research before deciding on a solar provider. I know the cheapest option is usually not the the best option but in my case it was both. I have an older home and they worked with me on the best solution possible for my family, they even had to replaced my breaker panels and their electricians did a great job. Tyler and his crew was always here when they said they would be and they did an amazing installation job as my home caused some challenges due to the lack of attic space. They were all professional and treated me and my family and I with respect. My system was installed in the summer of 2023 and it was hot outside, the crew did not ever complain. I even saw them jogging to their truck to get what they needed then getting back up on that ladder to the roof. Astrawatt exceeded my expectations!

I would give them a five star except for the slowest of getting the process started. I understand fully why the slowest since the local owner is new and had to get the set up for his business going along with getting my order going at the same time. I am okay with that; however, others may not be. I think the quality of the product is top notch from what I can tell.

Astrawatt is great! They helped me through my HOA which were against solar panels over the course of two years. They proactively informed me when new law were enacted to allow solar panels despite such HOA. The installation itself took only two days and has been running smoothly since. They also helped answer some questions which helped me to get the tax credit. Overall great service and dedication.
