This place is a SCAM. I ordered a pair of shoes, thinking I'd rather support this smaller outfit than going through Zappos/Amazon even though I had to pay for shipping. My shoes were delivered to the wrong address, which was clear from the FedEx delivery confirmation in which they were left on top of a mailbox that is not mine. They use a BS third party app called "Route" (I PAID for this nonsense fake shipping confirmation) which has a "5 Day policy" after anything is reported missing. What this means is that they hope you'll completely forget about the money they have stolen from you without giving you what you paid for - I cannot get in touch with anyone or get my money refunded and am having to resort to disputing the charge and coming to review sites like this. It pains me to say it, but please avoid this place and keep your money safe by going through the big corporations who are putting them out of business in part because they don't pull scams like this.

Don’t use these people, customer service is terrible. Wanted to order a shoe but sizes show m which thought was men and w which I assumed was women, however I spoke to someone in customer service and explained to them why are the women’s sizes e.g 7.5 and men’s sizes lower at 5 she said that just the way it works. This makes no sense to me and they are offering a size 13.5 women 🤣 that was enough for me not to order don’t waist your time.

Ordered a pair of Nike Hyper ko’s. Shipping was great, we did pay extra for FedEx priority, boots arrived within 4 days. I live in the Uk. Order confirmation/updates from company & track and trace was very good. Overall a great company.

Placed an order for Nike Romaleos 4 September 11th, and still in Shipment fulfillment. I have been inconstant conversation with them and kept getting the "They will ship soon". Asking for full refund since they still haven't shipped. May be cheaper, but not to wait 2+ weeks.

Horrible Experience. They keep lying saying a staff shortage and when I called the number no one never answered the phone. I think they are scamming folks out of there money

Ordered a pair of volleyball Nike shoes for my daughter July 31st. I have called their customer service during business hours I can never get an answer. I have sent emails have received nothing back! Here it is the 9th of August and my daughter’s season has started and nothing! They sure did run my card and take my money! Feeling this is definitely a scam!

Ordered Nike boxing shoes. Unfortunately, sizing was off (not APS.com fault) Had to return for a refund. Excellent communication. Timely shipping/refund. No issues what so ever. Good experience.

Ordered a pair of shoes and a shirt. Did not receive the shirt and the shoes were the wrong size and color.

had to return some shoes that were a size too small only ever walked around in the house with them. They would not accept the return due to the small amount of dust on the bottom.....really get f@cked!!

S hit service. Phone doesn’t work. Called, no one answers. Service options menu doesn’t work save yourself the headache and your hard earned money. S hit service. F u ck these people. I feel scammed. Sent an email, will update and change review once I hear back until then f uc k, APS.

I’m beginning to wonder if this website is a scam. I placed and order over a week ago and have not received a tracking number! I call their number during working hours and no one answers! I was charged for my order but no product! I think that some of the better reviews are not legit either.

I've called multiple times, leaving voice mails and have yet to receive a call back. I've called multiple times and no answer. Got the wrong size shoes and no way to get a refund or exchange. Don't buy from them!!!

Purchased shoes for Christmas. Size was wrong. Sent back by ups within 30 day period. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund. Dont buy from these frauds.

Placed an order December 17th and paid $25.66 for expedited shipping. Today, December 30th it still says awaiting fulfillment. I tried calling their "customer service department" left a voicemail and have not heard back.

Placed a order the week before Christmas and selected two day Fed-Ex shipping to make sure I received order before Christmas. Never received a order confirmation or any tracking info. Called the following day and every day since and they do not answer their phone. I have left multiple voicemails and emailed them. Nothing. My card was charged including expedited shipping cost. Been a week and nothing. Their message says they will return call within 24 hours 🤣

I was a little apprehensive based on the other reviews on here, but they were also the only place that had the White/Orange/Crimson Nike Romaleos. Ordered them and chose 2 day shipping. Shipped the next day (from Kyle, Texas) and delivered the following day. Shoes and size were correct! Great experience from me, but I did not have any customer experience or refund interactions.

I ordered Nike Romaleos 4 weight lifting shoes and got boxing shoes instead. I called and emailed, they said shipping confuses the two a lot because of the sku #. If that’s known, why hasn’t it been corrected? They resent me another pair which again, was the same type of boxing shoes. How embarrassing
