It’s A terrible service. I returned the shoes for 15 days already, I have not received the refund.

I can't even express how tiring and unproductive it is to have to deal with their god-awful customer service. I ordered a pair of boxing boots and I had them shipped to an address different than the billing address and after a period of 8 days of going back and fourth with their incapable customer service employees the status of the shipment has been left ambiguous as they are simply not able to answer a simple yes or no question which goes: "I have provided you with the pictures you asked for verification so have the shoes been shipped or not?". They updated the status 3 times in-between shipped and refunded and I just honestly would never recommend anybody order anything from this horrible company.

Awful customer service. Ordered USA weight lifting hoodie, large was too small, sent back, reordered XL. An XL USA wrestling hoodie was delivered. Could not get customer service to return calls. I wrote a poor review from an email they sent me and someone called me shortly after submitting at 10pm before Christmas saying they would send me a return label and send the USA XL weight lifting hoodie. Never received it, no further communication from them.

over priced and takes forever to ship. then they send an automated email back to you when you reach out via email. will never use them again

This company has awful customer service don't buy from them I place a $200 order and my order was never deliver, it was stolen from the fedex driver, after I contact them to explain the driver park in front of my street and never attended to deliver the order, he park in my street for a few minutes and them left.
Every reputable company will reship your order in case is loss or stollen, in my case they don't reship orders because to them it was deliver and they don't issue refunds either, they now send me an email saying " mail fraud is a federal offense and we do treat it as such" like if I made everting up and I stole my own package.

Shipping practices are a rip-off!
Do not select FedEx Smart...according to them it's the same as free shipping but an additional $15 for no other benefit. Takes days for the to fulfill an order from their warehouse and then the shipping clock starts once the order if fulfilled.

There so called security departement aren't doing there job. Like the haven't graduated at all.

Ordered twice with a creditcard. Used the right billing address registered at the bank. Got declined twice. First time send them even a copy of my ID, twice even. If you're from Europe. Order at German Weightlifting Shop. These guys are amateurs.

Very bad store. I ordered twice time and eventually they do not have goods.

if one orders in the EU they have no phone line that actually answers at EU business hours, (please do !) and postage is E50 for a pair of boxing boots ! EU customer service and an EU manned telephone line would be very advantageous and after a small rant via email with them they have been most helpful indeed , thank you for that APS ! We are all good now. Please just work on your EU system that isn't as clean and easy as it could and should be 😊. I shall return as a customer regardless and thank them for their help in the end.
