Stay away. This agency is run by people who are rude and couldn’t give a damn about the well-being of their staff or people in the houses they manage.

Gilbert is a great agent, we moved from larger agent who couldn’t sell our property to AM who did. I believe this was largely down to Gilbert determination and drive to get it sold. The times he wasn’t around the service did suffer. But if you get Gilbert then great!

I recently rented a flat via the Kennington branch in London. Having dealt with numerous letting agencies in the past, I can say that the experience was very smooth and as stress-free as possible in comparison to other agencies. My agent Hollie, specifically, was very responsive and professional and the communication felt natural and without any sort of 'pushy agent tactics' that I've encountered elsewhere.
