Residential Inspector of America Avis

Excellent experience with Joe Galison at Residential Inspector of America. I hired him for an 11-month warranty inspection on my new home, and he was incredibly thorough. He found a number of issues that could have easily gone unnoticed and provided a very detailed, easy-to-understand report with great documentation. Exactly what I was hoping for before my builder warranty expires. I would absolutely use Joe again and highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with Residential Inspector of America. Quinton was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the findings from the inspection. The report was detailed and easy to understand, and I felt confident knowing the property had been carefully inspected. I would definitely recommend Quinton and Residential Inspector of America to anyone needing a home inspection.

Very professional, thorough. Report same day (except radon). Report is clear, with photos, easy to follow.

Professional, thorough, explained things that need to be addressed. Worth every penny. Inspected our new build and caught a couple things builder missed.

Inspector was great. Very knowledgeable. Answered all of the questions and concerns we had, showed us what he found after the inspection.

We received a thorough inspection by Adrian Brown! He is knowledgeable and detailed. This experience gave us the peace of mind necessary for the purchase of our new home 😁.

The inspector went over everything at a sufficient level of detail, and answered all of my questions.

I wanted to share how amazing this company is. Luke Henry and his two associates were thorough, professional, and very personable. They made us aware that they work for us, and not the sellers and left no stone unturned With the inspection. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them as well. Kudos!
