Atlas Ferries Avis 

I have always had clear, friendly and precise dialogue from atlas and have never had any issues with the booking process and the colleagues are always very prompt and helpful with communication. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of booking through their services.
Their prices are very reasonable and I have been using them now for a number of years.

Great customer service. Enquired a few weeks back re crossings for next April. Couldn’t do it at the time as updated fares due. I was told that these would come out in September and they would let me know.
Me being quite cynical at times thought I wouldn’t hear anymore but no received an email and a message to remind me to look for the email. So today booked and e-tickets received.

Unfortunately the original booking via email was not received, we thought this was down to the bank holiday weekend. However, once I contacted the company by telephone to discuss the issue Matthew was extremely helpful and efficient. He stayed on the line whilst I sent the booking then confirmed that the second attempt had been received, promptly sent the very competitive quote then acknowledged receipt of the payment wishing us a pleasant stay on the island which was a nice touch.

We travel to the Island alot to visit family but usually do the round trip in a day.
This time we decided to make a weekend of it and booked chalet accommodation.
The Atlas Ferry link was provided by the accommodation owners as they offer a discount.
We had already received a price with a 10% Blue Light discount but the quote from Atlas was about £40 less.
Great service and communication from Atlas.

Friendly service, great price

Similar to most of the reviews, we booked our accommodation and the host sent the link for Atlas.
Filled out a simple form for preferred sailings and the quote came back very quickly. Once paid the Wightlink ticket was sent within the hour.
We have been travelling to the island for years mostly in the school holidays and I can’t remember paying this price. Thanks to all at Atlas
