Atshop Avis 17

Had a shop running with atshop.io since 2022. They closed the shop randomly now (after 4 years of operation) and the page simply says "Shop disabled" with no prior intimation or notification about it. They also took all the money that Customers paid me since 2025 December that I had left on the Dashboard, for a future payout. I no longer can access the Shop or the Dashboard to retrieve my Customers' payments.
Customer Support is non existent and their last seen was over 60+ days ago.

atshop is the best!!! the sites on there are trustworthy

Never try to buy a plan at "atshop.io". Don't sell anything on "atshop.io". They're all scammers. I purchased a $59 plan and the sent amount in USDT became a little less because of the fees. I am ready to pay the remaining but they don't bother to respond your messages. I am trying to contact them since 4 days. I am very sure atshop.io is a scam and fraud. Don't waste your money. Sell on some legit platform.

Best shop platform ever. I Recommend them 100% to host your site on. Any bad reviews on here has nothing to do with Atshop themselves. They are GREAT to work with.

I purchased an item and the seller openly admitted they never sent anything—and told me there was nothing I could do about it. I provided full screenshots as proof, but the platform did absolutely nothing to help. Even the negative feedback I tried to leave for the seller never showed up publicly. Their only response was basically, “We can’t help, sorry 😖.” This is not just bad service—it’s a scam. Beware before making any purchases here. The seller is dishonest, and the platform enables this kind of behavior with no accountability

Scam for cards. Support not respond from few days. They support scammers!! Don't buy

Hes a scammer never buy from him he wears fake jewelery thinkin he is some but really aint and its some bad ass customer support

Bought mastercard, it said $7.50 but then charged me $15 for one (no option for the $7.50 to buy). It says 'card can be used almost anywhere". But it cant! the card value is in Canada so a $100 is only arround $70 but the card cant be used unless you want to jeopordize you own long term Amazon accounts. Support replied giving me run around! They would not replace, or refund. Will remove if they give store credit or something of equal value

If there would be 0 star, I would go for it. Worst shop service I have ever had. They don’t provide you any payment methods believe me and your shop will always go down. Never ever contact customer support since it is just a waste of time. They are just waste of money and time also they will NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY NEVER EVER. Just buy from Poof.io , if you want shop, they have better prices and they have best support so far.

Awful ecommerce platform. These guys have clearly given up on their business, support is non existant and their DNS goes offline constantly making your website unaccessable for your customers.

Atshop I contact them few times to report user on the chat, nobody doesn't want to respond back. They allow scammers to sell bad things!

Paif for a dice script, didnt work. Then paid another 300 and he never responded. What the F.

Terrible vendor. Sold me old used Amazon logs. None of the pw were correct. Not one out like 20. When I reached out for a refund he said his gf hurt cheated on him, and since I was a girl, I would get no replacements because someone had to pay the price for her BS 😒 Then proceeded to tell me he needed some head. Products are worthless. He’s an immature disgusting little man child. Don’t waste your money
