SellAuth facilitates malicious stores selling cheats and exploits. One such example is xanaxcheats on mysellauth. This website sells Discord exploits on their website discordbanexploit.
SellAuth facilitates these payments as a payment processor for cryptocurrencies, aiding cyberfraud and extortion, regardless of whether these products actually work. The Acceptable Use Policy is very permissive, and there is no proper channel to report abuse.
It appears SellAuth willingly facilitates vendors causing harm, extortion, fraud, breach of contract, or other kinds of malicious acts.

SellAuth is a legitimate digital ecommerce platform and we hold all sellers to strict terms of service. The sale of prop money, regardless of the markings present, falls under the category of counterfeit currency facilitation on our platform. Items designed to closely replicate legal tender pose a significant risk of being used in fraudulent activities and we do not permit their sale under any circumstances.
Regarding your balance, contrary to what is stated in this review, your shop termination was temporarily lifted following our conversation in your support ticket, specifically to allow you to retrieve your funds and remaining goods. This was a gesture of good faith on our part and we trust that has since been resolved.
We want to be transparent: the sale of items that replicate currency, even with prop markings, is something that could warrant reporting to the relevant authorities. We chose not to pursue that route and instead worked with you directly to resolve the situation amicably.
SellAuth is not a marketplace for black market goods. We take the integrity of our platform very seriously and will always act to protect our community of legitimate sellers and buyers.

I got scammed on here and can’t even get support
I got scammed on here and they don’t seem to even have a support page. I read through these reviews and found out that they use Discord for their tickets, but even then I couldn’t even join. On top of that, other reviews as well state that they couldn’t get in the discord as well, and the company just said it was fixed but it’s still not working. Sellauth is literally heaven for scammers.

Insanely helpful support (Def)
Recently, I've lost my sellauth store due to a corrupted system file in my laptop which completely destroyed it, making me reinstall windows 11 completely. I was completely lost, and thought i'd never recover the email nor my sellauth store.
I opened a ticket in their discord as a last resort, and they did not disappoint. I spent around 15 minutes talking with Def, and he was incredibly patient, helpful, and even recovered my email. Please give him a raise or a bonus!

Owner is Big Scamer & Platform was hacked
So this platform was hacked , and our all funds were looted out by hacker. The owner promised us to refund the amount but they didn't do any refund or announcement, they delayed the refund for 2 months then we ask for the refund they give me give out for 15 days for 2 times. Please do not use this platform the owner and support is pathetic

Regarding moderation, timeouts are not something we apply lightly. They are only used in specific cases such as clear defamation or promotion of competing platforms. Can't join their server to learn more about it before wasting your time and money. The support staff called 'Echo' is rude and ignorant... I've heard they had an issue with legal things, and almost everyone's crypto was taken for months, and not everyone got it back.

Horrible systems, non-existant support
UPDATE: After they have changed the Discord invite, it is still not functional. Still unable to contact their support, and take my crypto out.

I am unable to receive an OTP through my E-Mail. The service I use is ProtonMail.
I was looking for a way to get in contact with their support team, but they don't seem to have any contact information. I cannot even join the Discord server, as it doesn't exist.
