And yet you expect not to forward the customers to the liable party? All these reviews of your services are genuine and only a results of the poor services you provided to both the sellers and the customers. What is fake about sellauth holding hostage customers balance informations ? What is fake about sellauth having terrible uptime ? What is fake about sellauth having terrible support and communication ? Absolutely nothing.
It is easy to say "contact us" on trustpilot then ignoring any contact. I hope you also kept screenshot and timestamps of your ignore tickets ;)

Your account was terminated due to a clear violation of our Terms of Service. There was nothing arbitrary about it.
Now, more importantly: we are fully aware that you are the individual who publicly coordinated a fake review bombing campaign against SellAuth in a Discord server, instructing users with zero genuine experience on our platform to leave 1-star reviews. We have the screenshots, the timestamps, and the Discord invite link to prove it.
This is not feedback. This is targeted defamation and platform manipulation, both of which violate Trustpilot's guidelines and may constitute illegal behavior under applicable law.
We have already submitted a formal report to Trustpilot's Content Integrity Team with full evidence. We are confident the appropriate reviews will be removed and the involved accounts actioned.
If you have a legitimate grievance, our support team remains available. Otherwise, we strongly advise you to reconsider this approach.

I like everything about this as a buyer, and I'm grateful to them for the security of my payments. However, the fact that sellers can remove bad reviews is terrible because no one can be honest then. Also, if you bother the sellers, they can publish all your information whenever they want.
