Contacted with support due to a problem i was having with my site, support team investigated it and fixed them pretty fast and improved what i asked for, very friendly and helpful. Have been using their services for more than a year now.

PayPal Rest API Broken For What Feels Like A Year At Least, Checkout Email Process Bypassed Somehow? 2/5 From Me
One of the biggest issues I encountered was what appeared to be a fraudulent purchase. Somehow, the buyer managed to bypass parts of the checkout process. The order came through as "Anonymous" with no email address attached. When I raised this with the SellAuth team, I was given a vague explanation that they weren't sure why it happened. Not long afterwards, the buyer filed a dispute, and I suspect they used a stolen card. It wasn't reassuring to see such a serious issue handled with so little clarity.
The other major problem was the PayPal REST API integration. For almost an entire year, payments would randomly fail. Around half of my PayPal transactions were affected, forcing me to manually email customers their orders. This led to at least three chargebacks/disputes from legitimate customers because they never automatically received what they paid for. While this has finally been fixed, it's frustrating that such a critical issue took nearly a year to resolve.
That said, I do think the platform has improved significantly over time. It's much better now than it used to be, which is why I'm giving it 3/5 stars instead of a lower rating. I just hope issues involving fraud prevention and payment reliability are handled much faster in the future.

Regarding the anonymous order, this occurs when a customer creates an invoice and subsequently deletes their account, which removes the associated email from the order. It is not a checkout bypass. We understand the explanation given at the time may not have been clear enough and we apologise for that.
On the PayPal REST API issue, we have not received reports of this affecting other merchants, which suggests it may have been specific to your account configuration rather than a platform-wide problem. We would encourage you to open a ticket at discord.sellauth.com so our team can investigate your account directly and ensure everything is set up correctly going forward.
Regarding manual order processing, our platform does allow merchants to manually complete and deliver orders without needing to email customers yourself, which should help avoid situations like the ones you described.

This claim is inaccurate and we want to be fully transparent about what actually happened here.
A report was submitted to us claiming a seller's product contained malware. We take such reports seriously, which is why we require verifiable evidence before taking action against any seller. A VirusTotal scan of an unsigned executable is not sufficient proof of malware as virtually all game cheat loaders trigger false positives on VirusTotal due to the nature of how they interact with system processes. Proper verification requires reverse engineering the binary.
When we requested valid proof, none was provided. Instead, we received what appeared to be AI generated content with no credible technical evidence attached.
We will not take action against sellers based on unsubstantiated reports. If you have genuine, verifiable evidence of malicious software being distributed through our platform, we encourage you to submit it properly at discord.sellauth.com and we will investigate thoroughly.
Bad Experience via Support
I reported a scammer through Discord support tickets. I had already provided all the necessary evidence, including video recordings and the scammer's username. However, I was then asked to complete a very long report form.
Since I did not have the time to fill out the entire form, and because the support staff was also being rude, I decided to have the ticket closed instead of continuing the report.

Scammed me, insanely slow support, bad backend.
Edit: They finally let me know the funds have been released since posting this review, however they completely denied my abuse report even though the seller is using SellAuth for their backend.
I had previously used SellAuth to host my stores and even left a 5-star review since I had a positive experience, however that drastically changed over the past 2 months. This is my experience:
1. Their crypto payment system broke which led to a customer's order not being automatically completed and me having to manually complete it, funds weren't sent to me either. I opened a ticket 30 days ago and still haven't received my funds, just my ticket being ghosted the entire time.
2. Another seller on the SellAuth platform copied entire pages & design elements from my site, so I opened an abuse report ticket. They took 10 days to reply just to say their website wasn't hosted on SellAuth, although I checked DevTools and there's multiple SellAuth backlinks so they just lied in my face (they can easily see in their system this is a seller).
3. Their backend is decent however the Code Editor is in Nunjucks which makes it nearly impossible to import your own frontend without UI bugs. Every custom-coded SellAuth website I've seen has had super slow page navigation speeds, which is the main reason I switched away from using SellAuth since I needed a new frontend design and their platform wasn't feasible for that.
I still have my 2 tickets open (#bug-14658 & #abuse-15177) so it'd be great if SellAuth sees this and can get this sorted, I didn't want to have to resort to leaving a negative review since I rarely do but no action is being taken here even with me addressing the slow support in their public chat.

1. Regarding the crypto payout, your Ethereum was sent to your wallet 2 days after the ticket was opened. We acknowledge that proactive communication on our end could have been better and we are working on improving that as our team scales.
2. Regarding the abuse report, the seller you reported does not host their store on SellAuth. They use our checkout embed independently, which is not a platform violation. We would absolutely take action if their store were hosted on our end, but in this case it falls outside of our jurisdiction.
3. Regarding the Nunjucks editor and page speed, this is fair feedback and something our development team is actively aware of. We are continuously working to improve the platform.

Stay away from them! They were changing my withdrawl LTC address to their own in the background, without me noticing of course, even if I had 2FA enabled on my account, they were telling me I'm hacked😂Completely scammers!

Our logs clearly show that all withdrawal address changes on your account were made by your own user session. SellAuth does not and would never modify seller withdrawal addresses. This would be directly against our own interests and fundamentally undermine the trust our platform is built on.
Based on the evidence and our support ticket, the most likely explanation is that your device or browser was compromised, allowing a malicious actor to obtain your session token, which bypasses 2FA. Our support team provided you with a detailed, step-by-step guide to clean your system and secure your account, however the steps were not followed and the ticket was left unresolved on your end.

honest review of sellauth
i’ve been using sellauth for over 2 years, and i absolutely recommend it, from what i saw people saying that they got banned for no reason: missprrading information, people only get banned if they break tos and which they most likely did as i never got banned and neither did any of my friends
its a very nice platform and super easy to use, downtimes arent even frequent, i only encountered a few small ones that only went on for a few minutes
if someone wants to start selling digitally, i’d say this is the best platform to use ad they offer 0% fee and the business plan is super affordable for any kind of a store
they also bring in great updates every so often that are genuinely not some “bug fixes”, they’re something people actually want and suggest
