I got banned on sellauth with a…
I got banned on sellauth with a balance, i am a prop money seller and i sell prop cash that looks real but has prop copy markings obviously on it and i made a ticket to get help on a sale and 30 mins later my shop got banned for illegal prodducts eventho the prop is legal since it have prop markings on it. they are not respondng to my discord ticket and i was banned with hard earned money sitting on there. they banned me with my balance with no notice

SellAuth is a legitimate digital ecommerce platform and we hold all sellers to strict terms of service. The sale of prop money, regardless of the markings present, falls under the category of counterfeit currency facilitation on our platform. Items designed to closely replicate legal tender pose a significant risk of being used in fraudulent activities and we do not permit their sale under any circumstances.
Regarding your balance, contrary to what is stated in this review, your shop termination was temporarily lifted following our conversation in your support ticket, specifically to allow you to retrieve your funds and remaining goods. This was a gesture of good faith on our part and we trust that has since been resolved.
We want to be transparent: the sale of items that replicate currency, even with prop markings, is something that could warrant reporting to the relevant authorities. We chose not to pursue that route and instead worked with you directly to resolve the situation amicably.
SellAuth is not a marketplace for black market goods. We take the integrity of our platform very seriously and will always act to protect our community of legitimate sellers and buyers.

I got scammed on here and can’t even get support
I got scammed on here and they don’t seem to even have a support page. I read through these reviews and found out that they use Discord for their tickets, but even then I couldn’t even join. On top of that, other reviews as well state that they couldn’t get in the discord as well, and the company just said it was fixed but it’s still not working. Sellauth is literally heaven for scammers.

Insanely helpful support (Def)
Recently, I've lost my sellauth store due to a corrupted system file in my laptop which completely destroyed it, making me reinstall windows 11 completely. I was completely lost, and thought i'd never recover the email nor my sellauth store.
I opened a ticket in their discord as a last resort, and they did not disappoint. I spent around 15 minutes talking with Def, and he was incredibly patient, helpful, and even recovered my email. Please give him a raise or a bonus!

Owner is Big Scamer & Platform was hacked
So this platform was hacked , and our all funds were looted out by hacker. The owner promised us to refund the amount but they didn't do any refund or announcement, they delayed the refund for 2 months then we ask for the refund they give me give out for 15 days for 2 times. Please do not use this platform the owner and support is pathetic

To clarify, the incident you’re referring to was related to a widely disclosed CVE affecting certain React/Next.js components in early December. This was a global issue that impacted a portion of merchants across multiple platforms, not just ours.
That said, we take full responsibility for supporting our users through situations like this. Reimbursements have already begun, and every affected merchant will receive the full amount of their missing funds. We appreciate your patience as this process is being completed.
Regarding moderation, timeouts are not something we apply lightly. They are only used in specific cases such as clear defamation or promotion of competing platforms. We absolutely welcome feedback and concerns—our goal is simply to keep discussions factual and avoid the spread of misinformation while we actively resolve the issue.

Can't join their server to learn more about it before wasting your time and money. The support staff called 'Echo' is rude and ignorant... I've heard they had an issue with legal things, and almost everyone's crypto was taken for months, and not everyone got it back.

Horrible systems, non-existant support
UPDATE: After they have changed the Discord invite, it is still not functional. Still unable to contact their support, and take my crypto out.

I am unable to receive an OTP through my E-Mail. The service I use is ProtonMail.
I was looking for a way to get in contact with their support team, but they don't seem to have any contact information. I cannot even join the Discord server, as it doesn't exist.

I’ve been using SellAuth and overall…
I’ve been using SellAuth and overall the platform is clean, easy to use, and has a solid checkout experience. The setup process was straightforward, and managing products is simple and efficient.
However, I’m currently facing an issue where the dashboard is not showing any website traffic data. Even though I’m getting visitors, the traffic section remains empty. I’m not sure if this requires additional setup, analytics integration, or if there might be a delay in reporting.
Could the SellAuth team please clarify how the traffic tracking works and what steps are required to ensure website visits are properly recorded in the dashboard?
I’d appreciate some guidance on this.

Regarding the traffic section: at the moment, SellAuth does not have a built-in visitor analytics or traffic tracking system.
However, this is a feature we’re actively working on, and a built-in analytics/visitor tracking system will be included in our next platform update.
For now, if you’d like to monitor traffic, we recommend integrating a third-party analytics tool (such as Google Analytics or a similar service) with your custom domain.

The site is full of scammers, sellers make 30-40 sales and later they scam, I got my 65$ scammed the support said they can't refund they just temporary suspended the seller and later the seller created one more selling account, Don't buy from this site

To clarify, SellAuth does not hold merchant funds, nor do we process payments on their behalf. All merchants use their own payment gateway accounts, which means payments go directly to them. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot issue refunds ourselves.
When we terminate or suspend a shop due to violations, the merchant is not allowed to continue using our platform unless the issue is properly resolved. If someone has created a new shop to bypass enforcement, that is taken very seriously.
