WORX support their products

The WORX site was easy to navigate and I was able to buy required spares and consumables at sensible prices for a tool that the hardware store I purtchased it from no longer supports.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my recent orders.

While planning home repairs, I purchased multiple items from your company over January 3rd and 4th, believing I was able to secure quality tools at a reasonable price. Based on the stated delivery timeframe, I arranged annual leave to carry out the repairs, purchased additional materials, and planned everything carefully, fully trusting that the process would proceed as promised.

However, aside from the very first item I ordered, none of the remaining products were delivered.

When I contacted your customer service team today (January 19), I was shocked to be informed that due to a system error, my orders had not even been dispatched and were left unattended. Hearing this left me completely at a loss. The representative stated that there was “nothing they could do” because it was a system issue, yet no one took responsibility for the disruption to my plans, the wasted time, or the emotional distress this has caused.

I am now being told that the products can only be dispatched tomorrow at the earliest, meaning I will have to wait another 10 days or more, after already rearranging my schedule and taking leave specifically for this purpose.

This situation is unacceptable.

Your internal system failure has resulted in:

- My carefully planned home repairs being completely disrupted
- My annual leave being wasted
- Additional costs and inconvenience
- Significant stress and frustration

I find it deeply disappointing that no one has taken accountability for this failure. I expect a clear explanation, a concrete resolution, and appropriate responsibility to be taken for this matter.

Please treat this complaint seriously and advise immediately how you intend to resolve this situation.

Hi there,
We’re sorry for the frustration caused. According to the tracking information, StarTrack has attempted delivery twice and left a calling card on both occasions as no one was home.

Tracking details were sent to you when your order was dispatched. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, delivery is managed by the courier and is outside of our control. Please contact StarTrack to arrange redelivery or collection, or feel free to contact our customer service team if you need further assistance.

I haven't received it

I haven't received it, haven't had any response from worx to say that it's actually been sent. I've tried 3 times no response. I paid extra priority postage on the 1st January it's now the 14th January, very bad customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delay with your order.

We did respond to your email enquiry, and your tracking information was uploaded to your order once it was dispatched. We apologise if there was any delay in this reaching you. According to the tracking, your order is currently awaiting collection at your local post office.

As noted on our website, we were closed from 24th December to 4th January, and a notification was displayed during this period. When we returned, we had a very high volume of orders to process, which unfortunately caused some delays.

We’d also like to clarify that we do not offer priority postage, so no priority service was purchased. The postage charge applied relates to our standard shipping and minimum order value, as outlined at checkout.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience during this busy period. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can assist you further.
