Item was shipped then went missing
Item was shipped then went missing - neither WORX nor their courier have responded to emails. Pretty disappointing service tbh - Update: Worx sorted this out, was related to shipping batteries - just took a while.

I am still waiting for the delivery of my order
I am still waiting for the delivery of my order. It is now 12/12/25 and delivery was expected on 1 /12/25. Aust Post advised after I followed up a number of times, that the order contained Hazardous Materials and was therefore sent back to sender to find alternative means of delivery. NO ONE from WORX had advised me or even know of any delay until I spent considerable time following up with AusPost. Some group called Ligentia Aust. was also involved but they have not answered my calls! I am still awaiting feedback from WORX on what is the next step.

Great service; online registration process needs updating - doesn’t work
Great service, happy with the products, and prices are very reasonable especially during the sales periods. Delivery quick and seamless. Have given 4 stars for 2 reasons:
The Australian Worx have limited products avail when compared with UK and USA equivalents, and secondly, the online registration process just doesn’t work…it loops and ends with an error message. The same thing occurred a year ago with another purchase so I’m unable to take advantage of the additional warranty period that’s added on when products are registered.
